Had a lovely afternoon tea in one of the domes in the garden. The dome also had air-conditioning which on the warmer weather days is very useful. The cake selection was varied and good quality. The service was exceptional. Chris our waiter also sang happy birthday to me, you can note if its for a special occasion so they can make it extra special.

It has great dome dining, It would be nicer for dinner dates and family gathering as it has 10 number of seatings. Food and Service is fine. Awesome ambience.

Had a great time here experiencing the Afternoon Tea pods via Virgin Experience days. Food was nice and so was the service. We didn’t feel rushed either and took our own time in eating and preparing to leave. Very good.

Great afternoon tea experience in London secret garden domes. Each dome can sit around 6 people and we had a dome to ourselves, the two of us. They are very popular and need booking in advance. Great selection of sandwiches and nibbles and the scones. Great services as expected. Set inside the gardens of the Double Tree hotel which is part of Hilton. Would recommend

Wowowow I can’t say enough things about their service. We were in the little tents for tea time and it was an amazing experience. The Romanian hostess was the sweetest and kindest person ever!

Had dinner here for a birthday celebration in one of the outdoor domes. Overall it was ok. The food was mediocre - nothing special if I’m honest especially for the price. We sent drinks back as they were very watery and we were not happy to pay for something we did not enjoy. The dome had a strange smell which was eradicated by leaving the opening open but if it would have rained this would not have been possible. Once enclosed you are expected to manage the climate control yourself which is considerably noisy. Never the less the waiter did try his best to cater to our group of 10. I wouldn’t go back simply because the choice on the menu is vastly limited but it was not a terrible experience at all

Friendly customer service but slow (we think there was a wedding going on). Dome made it feel a bit more special and private. Food was cooked lovely (the pakoras were great!), on first impression it doesn't look like a lot but it was all very filling and we actually had leftovers.

I had my birthday party last night at this perfect dome ,it looked something different for me so I wanted to make sure me and my friends will have a good experience. I just couldn’t make a better choice. The place is amazing, the food is tasty, everyone left empty plates and the price is acceptable. I really wanna say Thanke you to the staff , they made me feel welcome and they wanted to make sure we are happy ! Thanke you so much . I would likely recommend this place if you looking for an unforgettable experience!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A different type of experience which was fun. Particularly nice as sun goes down as domes are lit with fairy lights. The staff were very attentive and food was good. Overall good value for money, especially in London.

We had an early afternoon tea arriving before any other guests. The service was efficient and attentive. Good sandwiches, scones and tea - the cakes suffered in the afternoon sun. Enjoyable experience.

Booked this private dome for 10 guests for my Birthday, the pre-event staff were great in getting dietary requirements noted for everyone, they also gave us complimentary drinks and kindly accommodated a date change when my son got unwell. The dome is a nice size for 10 people, it was well heated and the food was good. The staff on the night seemed a little busy but still attended to us well, ensuring food was promptly served. Only downsides were that toilets aren’t close by, the menu was fixed and there is no music in the domes. All in all, a fab night with fab friends, wish I had taken more pics.

This is the first time I dine inside a dome. You can have both privacy and an open view together, a very interesting experience. The ambience is good, and the food is amazing, especially at a very reasonable price.

Had a lovely time having an afternoon tea in one of the domes. The food was very nice. Then afterwards we sat "on the beach" for a drink. Staff all lovely and attentive.

We booked a pod to celebrate a birthday. For the price you pay, the food was plenty. The service was quick, the only thing is, 2hrs doesn't seem enough to complete a 3 course meal. We felt a bit rushed to eat. Although, they did provide to seat us inside the hotel and allow us to finish our remaining drinks and desserts. There was no rush there. All in all, we had a lovely experience, the waiters, waitresses and manager were amazing. Very attentative.

Lovely afternoon tea in the domes. The staff were very helpful and it was a lovely, quiet experience. The sandwiches were a let down. They are obviously premade and left in a fridge as the bread was dried out. The scones on the other hand were amazing!
