Lovely friendly industrial chic Antic pub. Food is exceptional with a middle eastern twist.

I went for dinner with my boyfriend last night and the tapas were absolutely incredible! So delicious, beautifully cooked and presented! Such interesting surprising combinations of ingredients and flavours ( I guess it was sort of Mediterranean but not strictly). The service was so good, friendly, informal, unimposing and considerate! We had 6 tapas between us two and it was a feast we couldn’t even finish! What a pleasure! Thank you
We had ALL the small plates today. Delicious. Will try to recreate the cauliflower and miso at home! Thank you
Great pub, friendly staff and now the new kitchen is open. Best chicken sandwich I've ever had anywhere.
Good booze, nice staff, good BBQ, good crack.... Taking offence to the name is in my opinion a bit OTT, better create some jobs than leave an empty building rotting. If you want to moan about the lack of actual job centres go complain to the government who closed then down. When I was there I was the only person who came close to being a hipster... All ages, all backgrounds, good conversation
Lovely food, not your usual pub fodder. Good selection of drinks, wine slightly overpriced, friendly bar staff, will be back.
Cool music great food and drink, what more can you ask??
Had my farewell drinks in there just after Christmas. Great venue and good service. I’ll be back next year for another round.
Awesome place. Great beers, great vibe, great staff
Wentva Saturday afternoon. Enjoyed it nice relaxing. Need to go back on Saturday night. Hmmm cocktails
Good food music the atmosphere is good will be going back
We didn't eat because we weren't hungry at 16:00. But what a nice eclectic bar. Huge industrial space that used to be a Job Centre, Cool mismatched mid century furniture. Ample space between tables. Amateur oil paintings. Good music at a volume you can still have a conversation over. There are different street food vendors in residence on different nights. The meatballs from Meat Heads did smell great.
Cozy and spacious local pub with lots of character.
Came for a pre-dinner drink with a few friends.
A few good craft beers on draught and also plenty of spirits and cocktails. Pints are around the 5.50£ mark.. cheaper than central London for sure!
The burgers looked fantastic even though I didn’t have a chance to try one… I shall come back for one!
There is plenty of seated space and some outdoor beer garden space too in the back.
Staff seamed cool and there were lots of locals. Generally a cool young environment with a good warm vibe to it.
Quirky, chic establishment that was the former Job Centre., hence the name.
Set in the middle of Deptford High Street.
Food available with varied menu but alas only popped in for a pint, definitely will be back.
Staff are friendly.
Dog-friendly 🐕
Worth a visit.
Nice bar with decent food and drink. Real ales, craft beers and lagers available on draught. Mix of pub food like sausage& mash and burgers. Prices are very good for London, with some beers under £4 and meals under £10. Decor is simple but nice. Bar is dog friendly. Recommended.
Locals favourite place. Great cocktails, beers and food. There is something about job center that it makes you feel welcomed no matter what’s your style or music you listen to. Food is delicious, I loved their steak sandwich. Must try! Wings are great too, as well as their appetizers with hummus and other dips.
nice music, friendly staff
Quirky fun pub with friendly staff and some really good small plates so you can try pretty much the whole menu when you share it with friends. Highly recommended and definitely a little gem
Lovely team, gorgeous space & very reasonable prices! Perfect spot to spend an evening alone with a book or with friends
Great atmosphere. Excellent beers plus two really nice affordable cask ales. Only four stars as the toilets really could do with some attention. Not dirty but tatty with some lights not working. Still well worth a visit though.
Great pub! Warm, quirky, authentic cool.
Excellent music, not too loud (Saturday was Reggae).
Truly exceptional food! Every single thing we ordered was superb, not at all what you'd expect of pub food. House made.
The Cheese puffs are friend cheese balls like you've never had before, with a mix of cheddar and cream cheese. Everybody was bowled over by these.
The fries with gravy and cheese were like Canadian Poutine.
The Langosh – Hungarian Fried Potato Bread, Garlic Yoghurt, Parmesan, Za’atar was brilliant - the bread itself was superb and with the savory and tart toppings we all agreed this checked nearly every box.
The Merguez Sausages, Tzatziki, Tomato Chutney, Straw Fries were spicy and delectable.
And the desserts! Basque Baked Cheesecake, Rhubarb and Blood Orange. And little balls of chocolate and coconut on top of a raspberry coulis were heavenly.
The manager and all the staff were super friendly and helpful.
My mates absolutely loved our time there and look forward to coming back!
Tevin looked after us and was such a superstar!! We were so lucky! Food was diving too - especially the truffle fries and Asian fries. Great selection of drinks!
A good warehouse style pub in Deptford, lovely polite staff serving good beer. Plenty of other options also available. An enjoyable visit!
Great central Deptford bar right by the station. It's got a tiny suntrap beer garden, a fine range of beer and good food. Perfect Sunday hangout
A nice local pub with a good selection of drinks for very reasonable prices. The decor might not be top notch, but the atmosphere is great, and the prices and service more than make up for the rougher finish.
The food is worth a try as well, there's some interesting naming for some dishes, but it's good and well priced for the area.
Sat in the little outside area with the wall art on a sunny day which was lovely. Good and cocktails were fantastic!
Great large local pub located in the former Job Centre. Good well priced beer. Locals of all ages with a good friendly atmosphere. One of the best drinking venues in Deptford.
99% of the time this is a wonderful pub. However when it's busy, they shouldn't allow punters to taste multiple beers. Totally fine when it's quiet but it they could rein it in when it's busy.
