Fabulous venue, awesome staff, food to die for and great ales. We held our wedding at The Ivy House recently, the party to end all parties. I can't thank everyone at The Ivy House enough for making it truly our best day ever.

The Ivy House is amazing! The first community-owned pub in the UK. Run by great bar staff - get down there, jazz music, comedy, folk, yoga, choir practice and more. Oh yes and beer :-)

A beautiful community owned pub! Lovely staff and clientele. Only problem is… the lights are always way too bright! This pub would be 10/10 if they just dropped the lights a touch. Good to support local bands too!

Amazing location for music, relaxing and having a catch up The food is fantastic, especially the roast!! The staff are happy and friendly, always willing to help and keep the place running smoothly :) For a night out or a cosy pint in - this pub has it all! Very very pleased!!

Went to my mates catwalk show here!! Such an amazing venue... not great when the 30 degree plus heat of summer, but that doesn't happen often, right? Altho, it will prob be happening more....🤔 Apart from that, really lovely atmosphere, didn't eat, so can't comment on food. Very friendly space.

2019. Attended a friends 70th, a full on performance, good wo e and food. I ordered the vegan stew, absolutely delicious. Nice to be back, such a warm and wekcoming place, great staff team, attentive and helpful. Such a wonderful little gem. I have been to a couple events here over the last two years. It does have a good selection of beers and spirits, and a pub menu. It has a stage and plenty of seating, good place to hire for all sorts of events. I really enjoy the community atmosphere.

Fabulous pub. We were there for a gig, yama warashi, and a few beers. The ale was excellent and the gig was brilliant. Lovely atmosphere and a great room for live music.

Very good Nunhead pub. It was the first community owned hostelry in London. Three cask beers on handpump when I last visited. Previously known as the Newlands Tavern it was a famous South London pub rock venue in the 1970s and some posters from those days still adorn the walls. Nowadays the pub hosts a range of entertainment including theatre, quizzes and live music as well as community events such as a book club, children's drama classes and yoga. Lots of outdoor seating in the front and in the beer garden to the rear.

Didn't try or see if there was food, but an awesome hangout spot, good beers, locally owned, a library, and events for the community. Truly a gem.

The pizza and Sunday roast is amazing! The staff and service is great. Food can take a while though. Lots of bands always playing and often not filled up.

My favourite pub in southeast London. I love the charm of the building. It feels cosy but it's also got lots of space. Usually a very friendly atmosphere whenever I've been. Beer garden is cute. An unexpected surprise when you first enter.

Versatile space with friendly staff and delicious pub grub. I've been here a couple of times, first for a film night and then again for a meal and left very satisfied both times. They even had still cider on tap! A rare treat for a londoner. I spied quite a few events happening at the pub, film nights, quizzes, live music and I'll be going back for one of their regular yoga classes.
