Love it! A really pretty little vintage pub, warm, cosy feel with delicious food. Definitely going to make this my local. Toilets must of been recently refurbed as my hubby couldn't see what the fuss was about, looked perfectly decent to him!

Love the pub HATE the quiz. The pear tree is my favourite pub in London and the perfect place to while away a Sunday afternoon until the pub quiz starts at 8 and we all have to leave...... Change the day?

The Pear Tree is a traditional local pub that has been semi gentrified. It has that traditional pub feeling without having been overly interior designed.

The Pear Tree Living in Islington, Barons Court is not one of those London boroughs I find myself in very often. Distance is no real impediment on my quest to find good nosh around town, so when I heard that The Pear Tree had an Aberdeen Angus beef burger

The Victorian era gastropub is just a short stroll from both those locations (it’s an easy walk from Hammersmith Station and West Kensington as well), has a lovely beer garden and a friendly easy going vibe. I actually dined at The Pear Tree earlier this week and had a really nice meal there. I especially liked my plate of properly prepared pork belly I loved the awesomely massive onion rings too. There’s a smart selection of beer and a decent wine list.

It’s a fun and laid pub serving great food. Even when not being plied with free pulled pork you’d do well to pop round to enjoy your time at The Pear Tree.

This is the perfect spot for both rainy and sunny days. Lots of old world, but cozy, Inside there is a long trestle table with a window bench if you have a large party, and there's a separate lounge area with a nice, comfy couch. There is an outside seating area as well. Most important for me is that it's dog friendly. It's important to note that the kitchen is not always open. We went on a Sunday afternoon so just had drinks and crisps.

Really polite staff and great service. Good selection of beers on tap that are quite unique including a Trappist. Nice beer garden at the back as well.

Great local pub, excellent staff very friendly. Super dog friendly which makes a big difference. Food and drinks selection is outstanding as well as inside and outside space. Only slight complaint is they are shut more then they are open. No notice on the doors, you turn up and it's hit and miss as to if the doors are open. Apart from that excellent little pub!

Super friendly service and reasonably priced drinks. Dog friendly and brought out water to our two dachshunds. A little off the beaten track, but we'd moved on from a pub on the riverfront that was heaving and playing uncomfortably loud music (so loud, we could no longer hear each other without shouting). The Pear Tree was quiet without being empty, and everyone (staff and locals) were super friendly and welcoming (even when one of the dogs ran behind the bar...)

The Pear tree is a great little pub with a cosy old homely atmosphere. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and are very knowledgeable when it comes to beer selection, I have yet to try the food yet but from the look of the menu it looks delicious and at an affordable price point. Being an NHS worker from the hospital a few metres away it's my go to pub for a Friday after work drink with colleagues to relax after a hard week.

Love this pub, their beer garden is beautiful, with a mature pear tree as the centre piece. There are a couple of charming little rooms for privacy, one with a hot tub in the back and one with a couple of old sofas. Very cosy

Beautiful gem of a pub, with a great range of beer and probably the friendliest service ever. I have been there a few times, and every time I was impressed! Kudos!

Such a friendly place with great servers. We just hosted a celebration in the back patio and it was perfect. The timing (and taste) of the food, the attentiveness and friendliness of the wait staff, and the beautiful patio made for a perfect gathering. We are so thankful to have such a wonderful local place to go.

Easily one of the best neighborhood pubs in west London! Went there for the Sunday roast and was blown away by the flavor of not only the roast but the side veg as well! The desserts were fabulous as well. The staff were courteous and the beer list was small but quality. Comfy seating in a casual but nice atmosphere. Can't wait to check out the garden in summer!!

Came in on Sunday night, 5 minutes before the kitchen was about to close. Even so, the waitress/bartender was so friendly and welcoming. I loved the Sunday roast. The soup was excellent, and the vegan wellington was one of my favorite things I ate while in London. Great place to hang out and meet new people. Or if you're an introvert like me, great sofas to chill and read a book while getting a late meal.

Lovely pub owned by very cool and laid back people. They do Sunday roast for takeaway on Sundays; they have a local small market with fresh produce, and they do takeaway alcohol! They also serve cold food (sometimes hot) everyday! I will definitely come back again.

Nice Unassuming Relaxing friendly staff. Good for catching up. Kitchens was out and didn't mind we ordered in. Gave us the cutlery although they made no money out of it. The pub was full of tables with different takeaways. Could do with a bit of decorating.

Great little old fashioned pub, about of a rarity these days. Friendly staff, good selection of beers, good food. Expect London prices for food £12-15 for main courses, but generous portions and very homely. Loved the sausage and mash. Wish I had a local like this near me! Kid friendly, seems popular despite being tucked away. Would definitely go back when in the area.
