Really nice neighbourhood pub. The service was great especially from Will who took great care of our party. They had good music, good variety of drinks and nice atmosphere. The sticky toffee pudding and brownie were delicious! Highly recommend.
Such a fun pub with great food and great cocktails. We were visiting from the US and the staff here is very warm and welcoming! Darla have is several suggestions for things to see and places to go. I highly recommend this gem of a place if you're visiting the area. Simply the most friendly and welcoming staff!

Lunch was delicious, served in a friendly and timely manner.
This pub now has a reputation of excellence which is gaining momentum in the neighbourhood. Jake and his family are very well liked and have turned this place around. It is warm, friendly and welcoming, professional and inviting. It seems to us that it is extremely well-run and Jake takes an interest in the local community; always asking about our church and activities and he has invited our choir to sing carols in December.
Previous to Jake taking over, we had stopped visiting this pub so much, due to the quality of both the food and drinks, as well as the atmosphere and, at times, lack of friendliness from staff. It got slightly better with the temporary manager but we are delighted to use the pub again now. All of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful and I totally believe that comes from having a great manager and his work ethic has certainly rubbed off on the staff. In all honesty, I truly believe that the whole team are an absolute credit to Greene King and they all deserve to be acknowledged for turning the Greystoke around.
Came here as my phone died and needed to charge it. Staff were very welcoming and friendly, the people here were very nice and sweet as well. Water was given on the house too 😅 beautiful pub will definitely be coming here again soon! Well recommended.
Typical cozy english pub which I love. Staff is nice and fast, pub hase about 12 draft beers! Burger was delicios. There is a lot of TVs for sport matches to watch. Thank you, we absolutely recomment you a visit.
This pub is a fairly standard Greene King establishment. There is sport shown on several large screen TVs throughout as well as a pool table. Its proximity to the noisey and smelly North circular road isn't great. I admit I've not tried the food here.
Visited here with my fiance and friends. A lovely pub with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We were especially impressed with the manager Jake and his wife Lisa. Both lovely people. Great food and service and all round really enjoyed it. Highly recommended and we definitely will be returning.
Love this place, always my go-to for an evening. Plenty of room around the pub and always events being played on tvs. Prices reasonable and staff always friendly and chatty. Will gave friendly and helpful service as always. Would 100% recommend for a relaxed, friendly atmosphere for locals and beyond.

Super accommodating and kind, even when we (a large group of American students) showed up right off the train, and then right before the kitchen closed! Jake and Lisa were so amazing and accommodating for our large group. Great drinks and food!
Hands down the most welcoming pub In the entire of London. From the moment I walked in the staff could not of been more accommodating. The bar tender by the name of ebon is one of the greatest of all time. Now it's time to talk about the other impeccable staff member by the name of Lisa. The nicest , warmest and most accommodating human being I have ever possibly met. The service in this establishment is with our a doubt 10 out of 10!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND A VISIT!!!!
Came here with some mates to get a beer and some food and was treated great by the bartender Bradley who had some great jokes and prepped our drinks, he was always ready if you needed anything else. Food was great and service from the Bartender was even better definitely should get a raise with his speed.👍 10/10 would recommend here if you need a drink or a quick bite to eat. 👍

The first face to great me was a wonderful young woman by the name of Lisa. To say she was helpful would be an understatement. Lisa went above and beyond to make our visit a pleasant one.
For anyone unfamiliar with the area looking for top notch grub, friendly, warm atmosphere and a cracking pint served with a smile, try Greystoke.

Beautiful place with a very welcoming atmosphere! My friends and I live nearby and we always visit this place. Special thanks to Will for taking care of us and being such an amazing host! We felt as if we were visiting not just a pub but a friendly place that adds to the calm and cosy vibe of West Acton.
