Walked here this morning in the drizzle by my niece, here husband & little Florence. As nearly full inside & we had the baby in a buggy, we stood outside & had our take-a-way coffee. The coffee was the best I have had from a café in long time. Thank you so much. The service from the gentleman behind the counter was impressive, explained things about his menu which I totally appreciated. Would love to come & experience the food as the menu looks to dye for. Pity tonight "Dirty Burger night" is sold out as I would love to try it next time in London. A must have place to visit. Will definitely come to eat here. Those that have will come again. Well worth trying.
One Sunday afternoon we decided to make a little birthday treat to my mum and have a tea and cake there. Loved the vegan option on cake. Wish could be more vegetarian options on menu. Great idea having nice place to eat&have a coffee in the heart of Plumstead. As it is very busy place wish could be bit bigger! I can see you expanding in near future, keep up with good work Julia&team.
I LOVE this place. Amazing, delicious food and a great place to go for breakfast, lunch, dinner or just a drink. Really thoughtfully sourced food too! Lovely staff and a really creative feel with all sorts of evens from displaying artists work to babies and bumps sessions.
This is a great little place - just round the corner from my son's house. I loved it. Turning a pop up in a greasy spoon into a fantastic new restaurant is good news for everyone. The food was very good 'with a twist' - the buttermilk chicken was beautifully moist, the batter crisp and served with avocado, grapefruit and charred broccoli - which all worked so well together. Other dishes were equally good - pork, chorizo and chick peas, plus the gurnard with peas & endame. Cauliflower done three ways - so good.
I wish this team all the very best - the enthusiasm, charm and aplomb of the service staff added so much to the pleasure of the evening.

First visit for us to the Plumsted Pantry and will definitely be returning! Lovely community feel inside, and amazing food!! Will definitely be making it a routine weekend brunch! Especially as we're a short walk away!
What a great find next to our home. We arrived at 1.30pm. The atmosphere was so lovely with blues jazz Amy Winehouse, Sting and Duffy playing. Really welcoming team. The food was delicious and portions really big. We had the smashed avocado feta and poached egg and the full pantry English. Absolutely fresh and full of Flavour. Will be the go to for any visitor staying with us. I had the iced decaf latte with caramel and they also do smoothies and fresh cakes on display.

If you're in town and you would like to have the best vegan breakfast, this is the place to go!!! The food is great and it made every bite more delicious. The Plumstead Pantry is one of the places you need to check out with its cozy vibes and friendly staff. They offer an exceptional menu using the freshest ingredients.

Amazing food! Went for dinner for the first time and it was fantastic. The best cooked steak I’ve ever had! And the desserts were so delicious! If you’re looking for good quality food in a beautiful setting with 5 start service then this is definitely a place you should visit! Thank you for the amazing food and wine!

We went to the Pantry for their Friday fine dining evening. Wow! I can't praise it enough!
My partner and I shared the bread, oils and olives, then had three courses each - far more than we'd usually eat but it was all so good we wanted to try everything.
The ingredients they use are top notch, the menu is interesting and the cooking is incredible. Everything was cooked perfectly and each element was just so tasty and complemented the next.
As a veggie I'd especially recommend it. The vegetarian dishes had just as much love and attention as the meat. My partner can vouch for the fish and meat courses too though!
The service was also fantastic, really friendly and attentive. If you get the chance to go, do!
Went here for lunch this afternoon, very busy but lovely service and delicious food, ingredients are fresh and I had the blt sandwich, an iced coffee and a scone. The whole meal was delicious and amazing portion size. Service was with a smile and all the staff were incredibly welcoming. Of course prices were a little higher than the average south London cafe but it is an independent business and the food is such high quality it’s completely justified and understandable. More than happy to support smaller businesses and will visit again.
Visited for the 1st roast dinner event of the winter and were very glad we did. Such a lovely relaxing atmosphere, really friendly service and the food was delicious - best roast in the area and very generous portions.
Great coffee, tasty pastries, AMAZING full English breakfasts and (just as tasty) roast dinners! We’ve been visiting the Pantry for a few months now, since moving to the area and love it. Jamie and Sandra are so friendly and even hosted a private party for us - which went down really well with our friends.

Absolute hidden Gem! The food here tastes as good as it looks. Very generous portion sizes so you get your money's worth. The coffee is also very good.

The food always tastes amazing and the coffee is so well made.
I also brought my girlfriend with me most times and it’s always a nice visit for the both of us, especially because the staff is always so friendly and helpful.
Honestly one the best breakfast I’ve ever had. It was so tasty and fully of flavour. Top quality ingredients. Staff was lovely and the chef seems like a top bloke…very talented man!
