So about 5minutes ago I had a vegetarian bagel which was a seeded bun filled with grilled halloumi, chilli mayo and salad(I think this is correct lol)and fresh orange. Honestly it was out of this world down to the orange juice which I am very particular about. I don't even write reviews but I felt it was well worth it.Also very nice chilled out staff as well as environment

By surprise we spotted this little gem... amazing place great menu, fresh produce is used. The coffee and the carrot cake are very close to what I serve home ...... so if you near, don't pas it by. But get in and let them suprise you

Had a very pleasant lunch. Initially they didn't have the beer we asked for, so we had a different one. Later, when we asked for coffee, they gave it to us for free as compensation. Thanks!

Stopped by for a quick drink, looked like a quirky kind of place. A bit compact overall inside but cosy nonetheless. We sat on the roof terrace, up a very small/right spiral staircase, which was very pleasant with views over the canal. Decor as mentioned was quirky/shabby chic, but dated and old. Drinks were a bit pricey and the staff were generally ok. Nice place overall. We didn't eat here so can't comment on the food.

Amazing cake and guys behind the bar were the best. Super friendly and chilled atmosphere great location on the canal definitely worth a visit and of you are a local it's a great place to hang out for coffee or drinks.

Popped in for a drink over the weekend. Very friendly and helpful team. A truly cool place with a fantastic view of regents canal. The staircase to the roof terrace is steep and narrow but well worth the ‘climb’. Toilet is downstairs by the right hand side of the bar. There are a few beers on draft and lots of cocktails on offer. They have some food which we didn’t get to try.

I come here often and the staff are always so friendly and lovely. It’s nice to sit upstairs on the terrace (beware the spiral stairs) where if you are lucky you get a view of the canal and if you are unlucky you get a view of Kingsland road (sometimes with bonus excitement like 6 fire engines turning up to the building over the road). Also the bagels are really good.

Pretty cute little place. They have some nice bites as well which is nice. The stairs a bit small so I feel bad for the poor waiters having to go up and down :( I imagine when the weather is nice this would be way busier.

By the bridge has quickly become our new local! From the exceptional service provided through to the delightful sangria, it’s definitely a favourite! Alfie always goes above and beyond for us and makes us feel very welcome after a long day at the office !

Went here on a Monday where it wasn't busy. Had a relaxing time. The staff were really nice and friendly -- I didn't catch the name of the guy, but he was really lovely to talk to! The view of the canal was great. (A previous review here said about removing the fake leaves covering the view... That's all gone now!) I had a matcha latte -- well-made! Then an iced latte -- 10/10 Had calamari and sweet potato chips for my lunch -- well-cooked and crispy! And a pint of cider to top it all off Definitely will come back here if I come round to London again. 😊

Cute/small but very warm and cosy cafe/bar next to the bridge with beautiful canal views! Staff are lovely and friendly with excellent customer service! Mulled wine was good with trendy music in the background. Also checkout their menu/happy hour Rest room was clean.

A good selection of beers for those who enjoy. Friendly service from the guys behind the bar. Only challenge is sitting outside on quite a busy road, we got quite a lot of traffic noise. Overall quite enjoyable.

It looks rather unassuming from the outside, but is actually a cool, well decorated, hip atmosphere within. Upon entry I was greeted very well and ascended the spiral staircase to a lovely open rooftop area. Unfortunately the waiter didn't deal very quickly with my request that the table be cleaned before I sat down, but he was very quick with taking my orders and actually provided me with a glass of water when initially he had told me to help myself. The food was excellent standard. The eggs were lovely and seasoned, the avocado was quite unique in its citrussy freshness. Unfortunately the roast potatoes were too dry and the waiter did not check back; if he had, I would have asked for mayonnaise and salt. There was also a small hair in the smoked salmon (if this wasn't the case, I would have given 5* for food). No pressure was given to me for the return of the table and I did feel welcome. The waiter did well, although he seemed quite busy and uncertain of some things. I would suggest more check ins with customers sitting on the roof top and perhaps more condiments up there. Thank you for a good, quick service and a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

Beautiful terrace upstairs, however it's difficult to get there due to the small staircase. The food was tasty. Service was quick and friendly.
