The Faber Fox - London - Photo album

When out aimlessly on a Sunday and hunger hits, the only solution is a roast dinner, but this can be a gamble. The high ratings, amazing photos, seeing and smelling the dishes around us had us sold! I wouldn't usually have a starter but I was hungry and decided on a fried calamari which was not onl
Entered in the late afternoon on a Saturday. Showing both the rugby and football. Summer cosy seats and friendly bar staff. The staff were professional and the beers well kept. The pub became busier and has a garden I didn't quite have chance to explore although people seemed to be having a great ti
Charming bar in Crystal Palace, it has boardgames, live music and a great selection of cocktails and beer on tap. Gorgeous wooden decor and friendly staff on the door and at the bar. Not yet tried the food here but I recommend the new Brixtopolitan cocktail! The violinist playing last night was go
After moving near this area we were keen to find a good pub quiz, happy to say the Faber Fox quiz on Sundays is great! Also a good selection of food, spacious and decent beers on tap. A very welcoming, local vibe to the place despite its size.
Lovely pub with a nice view in the back yard. Staff is friendly and helpful. We only tried some of the bar snacks like chips and olives which were decent.
This is our favourite local haunts. When you sit on the terrace in the back, there are beautiful views of Canary Wharf you get your standard pub fare here there are three TVs for sports. I kind of wish that one of the TVs was dedicated to something else. there are lovely, comfy couches at the front
Excellent spot. It has lovely garden seating and is welcoming to dogs, although I only saw one. Convenient to Crystal Palace. Me and my wife had the mixed roast for two. Good selection of meat and vegetables and each tasted wonderful. Do watch the mustard as it's quite spicy! The pork belly was par
Working in the area and popped in for an evening meal and to chill. Staff were really friendly and attentive, Meg served me and looked after me really well. Food was tasty, I had the double chicken fillet burger and fries. It was really tasty. Other staff were really attentive too. Nice pub, good am
Wonderful, attentive staff. After a small delay to our order following an issue with the app, the staff were so incredibly apologetic and made it up to us several times over. Nothing was too much trouble and it was some of the friendliest, most accommodating, and genuine service we've ever received.
We ate in the outside area. There are a few tables It was fairly busy. There was quite a bit on both menu food and drinks. The food was fresh well presented and tastes good, The inside quite spacious. The place was clean and tidy I happened to notice when a table is vacant and clean off the chairs
Lovely spacious place to chill, eat, drink. Food quite expensive, but manageable. Drinks on the expensive side, we got there just before happy hour, so we enjoyed 2 for 1 each!😁 Service lady was very attentive, friendly and down to earth.
This place is one of the best pubs in CP. Their staff are always really friendly and accommodating. The pub welcomes all patrons regardless of who they are (unlike the Alma which now won't accommodate parents with children). This means you see a mix of young people, families, groups of friends, indi
Fantastic roast. Best we have had in ages. The staff are all lovely and were very helpful when we had a late guest. We will be back soon!
Busy pub that is a lot bigger inside than it looks from the outside. Didn't have to wait long at the bar considering how busy the place was. Aspalls on tap which is a bonus. Staff friendly and you can book tables.
The good is very good, but over priced. It's expensive even by central London prices, and not big portions. For example, for £4 you get about 12 thick cut fries. The back deck is a lovely place to enjoy the view over a cold pint. The service was a little lacking, to the point where I got fed up with
Nice spot for a drink. Good inside space and a nice spot out back as well. Visited on a day when football was on. It was shown on screens, but only in the main area, but most tables were booked. Given how busy it was, it would've been nice if the front area which was fairly empty also showed the ga
There are plenty of places to eat around the Crystal Palace Triangle but I'm glad that I went to The Faber Fox. The food is a little expensive, but the portions are really generous! The best thing about the meal was the thick-cut chips. They are probably the best chips I've had in a long time so I r
