When we arrived we were greeted by a lovely Hispanic lady I think she was called Summer, she was very smiley and chatty and couldn't be more helpful (as this was my first nandos experience hehe) and I must say we weren't disappointed! She explained the specials (even though there was no board!!!!) and popular items on the menu. We chose some chicken from the menu. Summer was very attentive and always gave us SERVICE WITH A SMILE. Thank you Summer, you are a very valuable asset to the nandos franchise, you brought summer to a very rainy Wednesday!!!!

Nandos in Elephant and Castle is a rare franchise that proves itself different to your traditional high street chain.
It starts at the door where I am always made to feel welcome and well tended to by the friendly staff. Even when I was there to takeaway an online order last night, the waiting staff made sure I did not queue and directed me to where I could process my order as soon as I walked in. They also held the door open as I left. A small thing that goes a long way.
After collecting my food, which I ordered via the quite effective Nandos app, i felt like a bandit carrying my food home. Even looking over my shoulder and speeding up my walking so as to avoid any risk of it being taken off my hands. Incidentally, I feel like thats what every takeaway should make you feel like. Like you are in possession of something that everyone else would want to take from you.
The food itself was excellent as usual. The underrated avocado salad was fresh and zesty. The no bones platter we ordered was filled with the succulent Peri Peri chicken that you come to expect as standard from Nandos. The Peri Peri chips were the rare combination of crispy at the ends and fluffy in the middle. Topped with their world famous sauces, this meal was complete and satisfying!
I cant wait to do it all again soon. Nandos, keep doing what you do!
Thank you for the pleasant experience. Probably the nicest Nando's I've been to regarding service; prompt and highly attentive staff to customers on site - even the more eccentric visitors! 😅
Food was initially cold on arrival but staff got it up to standard upon request. Thanks! It made all the difference 💜
Also, shout out to the Google translator duo on legs - they're multilingual and catered to a variety of customers which was amazing!!! Especially the tall, black, polyglot gentleman who seemed to be managing everything personally from tills, customer enquiries, delivery window and table running! 🤩
First nandos experience. The food was amazing !! Staff was very helpful in choosing and showing me whats best. I heard a lot about this place through friends so my expectations were high . The food was seasoned so well . Very Friendly staff , they checked on me multiple times to see if everything is okay.
I love this nandos. The staff are really friendly especially Dillon who really looks after us every time we visit. The lady on the till with the blonde hair is very kind. I love coming here as there's such a lovely atmosphere and the food is always prompt and I'd course tasty. Thank you to all the staff, you truly do a fantastic job, Cindy x

Taste good but it is a shame the quantity isn't enough.

Me and my mum, went to have dinner at elephant and castle Nando’s. the food was so delicious .the customer service was top notch. The staff and Frank the manager was so friendly, am definitely going back there next time.
This Nandos is one of the best in this area. Staff was absolutely brilliant, friendly and helped where they could. Food delicious and well presented, everything came in the right time. I believe during the pandemic it is a bit challenging to serve people in a different way then they used to it but they were completely on top of it. Manager (James was his name tag ) made sure with every table they are okay, he is a lovely person and very professional.
( I feel sorry for them dealing sometimes with people who does not want to understand the new system due to pandemic, but Insugges for them to go somewhere else rather then giving hard time for the staff, who are working hard and trying to make sure everything is great)
Came here today (6th September) with my baby and the staff were great. Very accommodating and helpful, particularly Dylan who served us who was personable and attentive.
Food came hot, which is always good! Staff member at the door noticed I needed cutlery as I had my hands full, really pleased with the customer service.
Nando's used to be a regular me appearing in my diet when I moved to London, but it was many many years that I didn't try, so passing through Elephant and Castle, i decided it was time to try it again. The Menu is not changed much, got in, no line although was moderately crowded ordered and after really few minutes my take away was ready, their lemon and herb chicken 🐔 Is delicious and a quarter is a good portion for one, the Rainbow-Slaw feel nutrious and nutty and the peri peri chips are a sin that is worth commit. Delicious!!!
We‘ve been there first time- tourists from germany. The food was great, served in a minute. First visit is a little bit tricky- normally you should use a app or order online- but you can do it without any problems at the desk as well. Especially Dilan was a very nice waiter- our kids love him! Nothing bad to say! If we could, we‘d come often in the future!
I regularly dine here and every time I do it's always a great experience. The food always tastes amazing and the service from Dillon is first class. He really knows how to look after his customers and never fails to put a smile on my face!
Food was as good as usual, but seating area felt a tad cramped and dated. Possibly will be refreshed when surrounding building works finished. Service good .
Everyone recommended Nando’s when we mentioned we were vacationing in London and now I see why. The food was delicious and the right amount of spicy. (We all agreed we’re going to pick up a bottle of peri peri sauce at home now that it’s sold in US grocery stores). Dilan helped us out and had us laughing and provided above & beyond great service. We talked about him all week. Great place to grab a quick bite on our trip!
Food was like typical Nando's, no complaints! Been eating here frequently for a while now, and Frank's service has been absolutely superb! He is thoughtful and passionate, and his professionalism is excellent! Kudos to him, and the rest of the staff!
Went there for lunch with the mates and we were quickly seated. Boned chicken wasn't available so I ordered thighs instead. Arrived quickly and enjoyed, just like any other nandos. Was a bit quiet but I enjoyed that
