George's Diner - London - Photo album

Amazingly well cooked seafood. Squid that is tender as you like. And everything that is spicy is well spiced and delicately balanced so that you can taste every single spice. It's not the most modern menu but I think that is it's charm. There is also a fishmonger on site. Wish I still lived in W4.
George and his wonderful fish restaurant / fishmonger are an asset to this part of Chiswick High Road. George has pitched his restaurant perfectly to the local crowd. Over on the East End of the High Road, punters spend quite a lot during the day on coffees, mumsy/dadsy stuff etc., but not so much o
A great discovery, fresh fish and seafood with wonderful flavours prepared by George. Highly recommended
This was our first visit to this amazing restaurant. We were actually going somewhere else and as we were walking past my wife said didn't you like the roast in here. That was it I could already taste it and we were in. I went for the carvery served with a large selection of fresh home made vegetabl
I had a lunch there and I was very surprised by the value of the meal. A full lunch for 15£ and the portion are really big. The fish and seafood were very fresh, I think I have never tasted this level of freshness in a restaurant ! The wine list is very interesting, diversified and affordable. The
I took my wife and two dear friends for Saturday dinner to this tastefully decorated restaurant. WoW !! Great selection of fresh seafood. My Bouillabaisse was heaven in the bowl. Scallops and Calamari where cooked to perfection. Very good selection of wines and the drink of your choice were made at
This is a hidden treasure. The freshest seafood cooked with passion and much love. Staff are amazing and George is the ultimate host. This is by far the best seafood I’ve ever tasted. This really is an experience. Recommend George’s Diner to anyone who wants quality food at reasonable prices. Love t
We had the most wonderful night at George's new restaurant last night. There is still the authenticity and charm that only comes when a restaurant is run by a family that adore the food they produce and value their customers. Naturally the menu is still centred around the Mauritian flavours that mak
We're so happy that George and his family are back! Even though he's no longer in our neighbourhood, making the slightly longer trip to Chiswick is more than worth the effort. There's no fresher, tastier fish to be had in all of London. Truly excellent.
Really tasty vegan options, good size portions & very friendly service
I was here for quick lunch. All dishes quite tasty. Why friendly and professional staff. Design bit heavy but still stylish. Seafood linguine freshly cooked and big portion. Will come back.
I went there with the family for Sunday lunch. It has an excellent carvery - I particularly liked the lamb. The unobtrusive live music added a nice touch. We will definitely return.
Excellent service and great food. The owner went above and beyond to make you feel welcome. They have a specialty menu for lunch and dinner. I got the 2 for 11.99 worth every pound.
Food is tasty and nicely served. It is not too crowded so one can still get some privacy. Staff is nice and helpful, however could be slightly more attentive and don't forget about extra orders. Still definitely worth visiting and myself I would come again.
Just had a set menu for £12. I expected to be given a meal to that value but my expectations were exceeded as they brought me two very tasty courses. This was my first time here - I will definitely be back!
