I am from South Africa and ordered a tin of biscuits and the customer service is excellent. The tin is beautiful and the biscuits are yummy and beautifully iced. I can't wait to one day visit their shop in Notting Hill. My friend visited their shop on my behalf and she loved it and brought me back another tin. I love Biscuiteers.
I initially had an issue with the delivery for my order and if I'm honest, I do believe the fault was on Royal Mail's behalf. Biscuiteers were so polite and helpful and arranged for my gift to be redelivered. The gift was for a birthday and both the packaging and biscuits are lovely. I would highly recommend :)

I stumbled upon Biscuiteers a while ago and now I use them for EVERYTHING - birthdays, thank-yous, congratulations, the works! The biscuits are beautiful (and delicious, I'm told) and I have had nothing but excellent service with all my orders. Living abroad, it's lovely to have something a little bit different to send to loved ones back in the UK for special occasions - I would thoroughly recommend them to one and all.
Just received sea-side collection as a fabulous gift. Look amazing (even 'sand' on the spade) and taste great too. Beautiful presentation and not a single broken biscuit. Just perfect.
My husband was over the moon to receive his cycling biscuits for Fathers Day. He can enjoy replacing the calories he burnt while cycling the Magnificat Sportive 125 miles yesterday!

My friend had the beautiful butterfly tin and biscuits sent to me in Italy for my birthday. She said they would arrive on Thursday, but they came 3 days early! Not a crumb out of place. All gorgeous and must delicious. A wonderful surprise.

On my 50th birthday I was sent a biscuiteers biscuit and since then have sent many to friends and family. This year’s Mothering Sunday I was sent the Clarice cliff like teapot and cups and the I � mum biscuits from my daughters all were delicious and very beautifully iced!
I got offered an afternoon tea for two at the Biscuiteers, a place I haven't heard of before. The shop is lovely, as are the biscuits. However I got a bit disappointed, as I would have expected to choose from a wide selection of fresh tea rather than tea bags at an "afternoon tea" experience. It comes with the usual cucumber and salmon sandwiches, scones and a selection of their biscuits, brownies, cupcakes and macaroons which I enjoyed.
It's one of those places where you can find lovely pressies for certain occasions and people - a lipstick or a unicorn biscuit for your very girly friend, or a darth veder for your geek brother - but not sure I would repeat the afternoon tea again.
Something I haven’t tried baking at home yet, is biscuits. In fact my last experience was aged 12 at school during food tech class, when we were asked to make cookies. While my friends made the usual chocolate, ginger, perhaps even vanilla for the particularly daring, I had to take it one step further – mint choc chip with green food colouring. What came out of the oven was a luminous green, melted, chocolatey mess. I think the experience scarred me.
Had a fun time at Biscuiteers Notting Hill! 📸 The place is perfect for snapping some Insta-worthy shots. 😄 While they didn't have vegan options, I still enjoyed the vibes and atmosphere. If you're in the area and looking for a cute spot to visit, this is it!
I had such a lovely experience at Biscuiteers. Even though it was my first time ever decorating biscuits, I felt very welcomed by the staff. I had a great time decorating the biscuits and even had a glass of wine while decorating them. The biscuit itself was very yummy as well. My overall experience was great, and I look forward to coming back again.
Absolutely love Biscuiteers! This was my second time in the shop and first time to ever have “afternoon tea” in London. Right now there’s a special Queen’s Jubilee themed tea you can book online in advance and Yall, it did not disappoint. The sandwiches were good, so were the scones, but that cookie and the cakes… WOW! Also got two pots of peppermint tea because I liked it so much. This is a MUST DO thing if you’re in London!
Came across this charming little hand iced biscuits bakery in Notting Hill in Aug, although didn't get anything but sure will go back again for afternoon the next time I'm in London again. What a great gifting idea.
Lovely cafe and their biscuits look gorgeous and taste good. Customer service was okay and we are planning to take kids there so they can do biscuits decorating as it looks so much fun.
Really sweet place to go, we did biscuit decorating and I’d love to go back to do one of their courses. They package up one of your biscuits in a special box and the others go in sealed bags to take away with you. It was a bit cramped in there as there’s Christmas shoppers and there was a children’s birthday party so there wasn’t much room. We went on a Saturday and I would recommend to try and go in the week if you can!

Super cute place, it is good to by a gift for people when traveling or for a special date. The staff is helpful, Paula helped me to chose an anniversary gift and she was very nice. They also have a good Mocha and Salted Caramel Brownie.
Purchased three tins for Christmas - London Luxe which were chocolate, Happy Christmas which were Madagascan vanilla and gluten free and Lapland Luxe, also vanilla flavoured.
As gifts, these were very well received. Packaged in beautifully decorated, modern rectangular tins, the biscuits are presented neatly within tissue paper in protective rows. All arrived in perfect condition.
The quality of the designs, icing and biscuits were lovely and we will definitely gift these again.
I took an afternoon tea with my girlfriend and it was wonderful ! Each pâtisserie, biscuit and sandwich were delicious and same for each tea. It's hard to eat everything (and a little expensive) so i recommend only if you are not from London so you can't go back there for a while !
I was served by a really friendly staff member. I came into the store to get a personalised biscuit and it turned out beautifully. I only waited about 10 minutes to have it done. The biscuits are definitely quite pricey but the designs are so cute and whimsical, so I think it's a nice novelty gift. Unsure about flavour since the biscuit isn't for me!
We stopped in for a drink and a cake! Absolutely delicious and a good price! The icing classes looked like great fun so will definitely back

I received this delightful surprise birthday gift from a friend who knew I’d be over the moon to open up a box of delicious Biscuiteers chocolate cookies. They were so beautiful that I almost didn’t want to eat them, although I don’t regret doing so. Usually iced cookies aren’t very flavoursome but as always, Biscuiteers have nailed it!
A very nice place with a ton of iced cookies with a few tables to have some nice tea. Unfortunately booking the table is quite crucial for the experience. Definitely recommend a visit!
