Had an excellent meal here tonight with my friend. I have life threatening food allergy and the staff were kind considerate and knowledgeable which is a rarity. My friend was happy with his fish and chips and my pizza was tasty and nicely presented. Overall good value and a nice experience will return if in the area. :)

Great service from the lovely Glen who made sure to give me good service throughout my brief visit. Very considerate to ask me if I fancied a bite to eat, I declined but it was nice to be asked. He kept popping over through the evening to see if I was okay and needed anything. Very thoughtful customer considerate service. I was impressed. 5 star experience.

Visitied this pub during a recent stay with a friend in Palmers Green. There is a shortage of places to go in the evening, so this was a nice spot for a drink. They have a large beer garden so its fab for summer. Be careful not to sit in the smoking area as its righly smelly. You can order food at the bar, again remember your table number. Inside is clean and cosy. Lounge bar area, with the dining area towards the rear. Staff are good, selection of drinks are good aside from the wine which could have been chilled a bit more.

A popular pub that has been within the area for years. The pub is quite charming however, it is quite dark. The open fires in the winter are inviting and then in the summer the large beer garden is welcoming and busy. Service can be hit and miss if im being honest. But staff are friendly and courteous.
Food is good, fresh and tasty. Usual suspects found on the menu, from fish n chips, to steak n ale pie and the portions are generous.
This is a good lical pub that caters for all age groups, from families, couple to groups of friends. You wont find music here but it doesn't need it. A good local wholesome pub!

Came here with my best mate for anfternoon/ evening catch up. The pub is lovely and large with and old style to it. We had a lovely 3 course meal my starters were kalamari with a lovely dipping sauce, the followed by British sauced sausages with spring onion mash & gravy it was lovely then I had a rhubarb and apple crumble with custard. It was all lovely and would come again.

Ye Olde Cherry Tree is a favourite spot of ours for many a year. An authentic pub thankfully free of despair inducing fruit machines. You will get an above average pub dinner here at a good price. I found that the steak 'n' kidney pie had the necessary satisfying quality, which may have come from using beef suet in the pastry, which is how it should be made. It was served upside down, why nor serve the right way up, as the crusty top of a pie is what invites you in! Served with nice seasonal crunchy veg, not soggy. A few more chips would have been appreciated. The veg option found us crunching into a feta and  broad-bean burger. The herbs had been added at the right time in the process so made a valid contribution to the flavour but perhaps some stronger flavours or spice were needed here.  The bun was made with freshly made bread, double plus good.

The service was prompt and friendly, even at a quite busy time.

Was on holiday from LA & my sisters brought me here. I grow up in the area & it was lovely to revisit after so many years & see the pub still running wonderfully, from the management, Yummy food great ambience, with young good servers. If you prefer to be served, there’s a section for that or if you want self-serve, plus there’s a great outside seating area. Fireplace is a lit when it’s cold of course.

Ye Olde Cherry Tree 🌳, a relaxing place where you can have drinks 🍷, coffee ☕, or food 🥝. Dog 🐶🐕 friendly a suberp advantage. And not to forget to mention fresh flowers 🌺🌹 on each table! Amazing, not even a michelin star ⭐ restaurant can find that nowadays . A lovely touch, making that much more effort; well done.

"Ye Old Cherry Tree is my go-to spot for a cheeky burger. The pub's cosy atmosphere and friendly staff make it a great place to relax with my friends. The burger is always delicious and satisfying, and the rustic charm of the place adds to the experience. It's definitely a must-visit for burger lovers!"

Homey atmosphere, friendly staff and good unpretentious food. Went here for my birthday meal (Sunday roast) and the staff were warm, welcoming and accommodating. The building is historical and charming. The portions were hot, tasty, generous and came out promptly. Would recommend. Thank you for a great all-round special occasion experience!

My mother and I went to London from the Netherlands for a weekend. This place was recommended by our host (RB&B), as we were looking for a traditional but well-known restaurant/pub. Service was great, we received a warm welcome and despite the hectic pace among the employees, we as customers were treated very well and respectfully. Andrea, our waitress guided us through the menu. We received answers to our questions about certain dishes and drinks and this allowed us to make a choice regarding dinner. The food was hot and tasty.

Went for a drink in the beer garden. It is a comfortable space and has a nice feel to it. The car park is quite big too so it is easy to park and validating it is easy. Very friendly staff. Really good food! Will happily come back. Penny was lovely and can highly recommend coming here!

A beautiful welcoming pub all year round and one well worth seeking out. We only stumbled upon it a few years ago whilst out for a wander. Relax in the large garden during the summer or get warm by the open fire during the colder months. Good selection of drinks and the food is excellent, my girls particularly enjoy the Sunday lunches served there. Large carpark and an unassuming Travelodge next door mean you can make a stay of it! One of my favourites pubs in the local area.

We were here on Sunday for a roast. The food was excellent, my first time eating here. They were very busy and under staffed but the lady who served us (I think she was a manager) was so polite and friendly. It was a bit stuffy in there that was my only fault!

Meals certainly looked nice, I didn't eat, but my friends did. Garlic bread was apparently not particularly nice. You have to register your car ar a machine near the bar, we almost forgot, maybe the serving staff could remind you?. Overall, clean, tidy, sparkling glasses and cutlery. Ladies toilet was clean and tidy.
