This man is an absolute diamond
I sat in the restaurant and had a hot drink. I watched him interact with many customers
He was friendly, kind,smiled generous. He worked so hard and went the extra mile for his happy customers.
He is a real asset to this store.
The service I have received before this before was dismissive and unfriendly from Greggs staff in Southall.
It doesn't cost anything to just be approachable and nice
Daniel was all these things
The hot chocolate was nice and just sweet enough
The pizza slices warm and just right
The Tottenham cake was delicious

I haven't went to Gregg's a lot or gotten a lot of food from them so I will base this off what I know. First off, one of my Dad's friends works here and he is very kind because he gave us some free food. Secondly, I tried one of the things (I'm not sure of the name but it looked like a roll with frosting on it) and it was very good. I have also tried some donuts which are good so overall I have to give it a 5/5.

Fantastic friendly staff. Always happy to help. And tgey do have some very rude clients but they always keep there cool. And smile. Food is lovely and fresh and great price. Go here most days.

I love their caramel latte, for some reason I feel like this place makes their coffee differently though it might be the barista themself. Though there isn't a queue system which is frustrating as people get served before you and visa versa

Happy with their updated look. Wish the food wouldnt finish so quickly. Customer service is pretty cardboard - a service with a smile goes a long way. Can't fault the food however although the price has creeped up. Food hygiene 5/5 as of Dec 2015 - needs updating!

I love gregg's cheese and onion pasties and their veg pasties.<br/><br/>Some time back, they made very nice sandwiches and baguettes for vegetarians. <br/><br/>The vegetarian options are very low now.<br/><br/>I miss my lovely sandwiches from greggs. Cheese salad etc.<br/><br/>Greggs needs to have more for vegetarians.
