Popped in at just after 8am this morning to pick up my usual porridge, which I have to say is the best. Member of staff remembered me buying porridge yesterday morning and gave me my flat white coffee on the house, it the little things like this that really make your morning. Staff at King's Cross are always so lovely #pretforlife

My sister and I were served here today. The gentleman who served us (I believe his name was Abslam, not sure of spelling, only got a brief look at his name card). He was very polite and friendly, and even gave us a free gingerbread man! We were jet lagged having arrived back from America yesterday and it was just what we needed! Thank you.

A really good standard chain cafe in a very busy train station. There are plenty of options for food and drink and the staff are friendly and helpful. There is also a good amount of seating.
Really quick service, so you don’t need to worry about missing your train.
The queues are a bit confusing, some people get away with pushing in, so hold your own!
There are some very enthusiastic staff who work here, shouting and singing the coffee order - makes for some light entertainment.
Salmon and egg baguette delicious. Nicely seasoned with crusty bread.
I had just a coffee with some friends, so I haven’t actually tried their food, but the place was clean and pleasant (considering the chaos of being inside a tube and train station), and I had a good experience with my service.
I love all foods in Pret a Manger. It’s chocolate croissant is the best i think! I love all coffees! As it’s always busy some staffs might be resigned faced but that’s not a big problem :)
Had a latte. The service was great. Coffee was heaven. Would definitely recommend this place.A hot cup of coffee in the cold weather is bliss.
Very welcoming, a close-knit and extremely friendly team. I have been several times and on each visit they have been quick and efficient in their work while keeping a generous vibe !

Went above and beyond, busy spot as you may imagine, Friday of coronation weekend too, I was initially impressed by how well laid out the whole unit was, everything looked smart with well stocked food and drink areas. My first encounter with the staff on the tills was the chap serving at the far left as customers view the counter, he not only dealt with my order effectively he then engaged in a chat, rapport building which was very sweet and appreciated on this very busy travelling day. I sat down with my wife and realised I needed some water for meds. The tea was nuclear hot. I shuffled to the counter, this time the far right as you look at it as a customer and spoke with who I now know to be Meron. I asked for a cup of cold water, they couldn't supply it and she gave me directions for a tap somewhere in the station. That was lost on me and I sat back down a little flustered. Meron saw this and a few seconds later came over to our table and passed me a complementary bottle of cold water. She/they didn't have to do that however they did and it meant a lot. Thank you Meron, thank you Kings Cross Pret a Manger, your doing a great job looking after weary traveller's, keep up the good work. 5 stars!

Lovely food, good clean tables, lovely staff too, yes it maybe a bit pricey compare to a gregs or mcdonalds, but they don't do this, salmon, avacodo salad plus it tasted brilliant, oh if ya sitting in they do have toilets.
Very polite staff...Miss Fatima was extremely helpful and had a smile all through. Thank you again Miss Fatima for being something that almost none of us are these days... A kind helpful human being
