Perfect bacon butties washed down by some of the best coffee available. I just wish there was more seating inside ( but not too much!)

Just love this place. The best sarnies and salads around, coffee at the perfect temperature (no burnt milk here!) and carrot cake that has thrown a serious spanner in the works of my post natal diet! Holly and George are sparkling hosts. Camberwell's little treasure. You must visit.

This is the best place for breakfast. If not London, then Camberwell at a minimum. Easy going and cheap but really good quality and absolutely delicious food. They do great scrambled eggs from £4.50 but I just discovered baked eggs (shakshuka) down the bottom of the menu for £6.50. And the espresso is really good quality, like by overly judgemental Australian standards. They also have 2-for-1 cocktails after work, 5-7pm. When the cocktails are already only £6, it works out at £3 each. There's plenty of space to sit out the front on a sunny day.

Cosy café with large tables for groups and a bar by the window for singles. Books are available if you want to read while sipping their quality coffees and teas. Oat milk is available but no gluten free baked treats.

Literally a hidden gem, since one has to leave the main road to find this lovely café on a much quiet corner. Greeted with a smile upon arrival, everything I had here — from a compact but very tempting menu, prices being honest if not actually inexpensive — tasted to smiles. The shortbread latte, one of their own recipes, was smooth, not too sweet, very delicate and so heartwarming on a cold day. The cheddar cheese toast was made incredibly tasty with the addition of pickled onions and mustard mayo (and extra mushrooms) — a delicious combination, really. The place itself is rather charming, with a homely feel — the shelves of books arranged by spine colors made the ambience the more lovely. Made me instantly connect with the place —a place that deserves more appreciation, and certainly one’s repeated visits.

A beautiful little place that completely stands out from anything else in the area. Creative and tasty hot food, friendly, professional and relaxed staff add to the wonderful experience. Will definitely make an effort to visit again. Dog friendly too! Needs a sign post outside to direct people to the cafe. Not a critique, just an idea!

Little, cute, indie coffee shop in the heart of Camberwell with the tiniest back yard you’ve ever seen!

Had a lovely catch up with my mate who recommended this lil cafe. Was very impressed with the chap Russell who was snowed under with a rush of customers that ironically flocked in when it's usually quiet/down time. Still had a smile on his face and still cared if we enjoyed everything. The cheese and bacon toastie really hit the spot!! Yum! Along with the coffee. Will be back again.

Fantastically warm, homely environment, going to be great settling in here with a book over winter! Fab homemade food and local specialty coffee (mhmm) - built, owned and run by two wonderful ladies George n Holly, who operate with creative flair, love 'n care and the utmost appreciation for their local community. Just go, be nice 'n relax. You'll leave feeling better about the world.

If you're not in a rush this is an excellent little spot that your sadly unlikely to stumble across unless you're looking for it, but it's well with seeking out. Baked eggs in rich tomato sauce and bacon (ooh the bacon...! So good) was a fraction dear at £9, but delicious. Friendly staff. Card only. Will return

Nice down-to-earth, homely vibe only slightly ruined by card-only payment system. Coffee is a 4/5. A lot of solo macbook users somewhat deadens the atmosphere on weekdays but the homemade ketchup makes everything ok. The pigeon itself is a welcome reminder of my youth.
