Just yummy, great taste, amazing colors and nice smell, I never pass by Lola’s cupcakes stand without tasting and trying new flavors. Even staff is amazing. Great
Beautiful looking outlet with a good range of flavour , there is usually a cue as the cakes are in high demeans. Very good travel friendly packaging that also works well if you want to give a gift. The basic vanilla is not at light and fluffy as I would have liked hence 4 stars, there are better outlets for cupcakes, the butter cream frostings are genuine and not fake. High quality ingredients are used.
This is a must try cupcake shop! I loved to order from here every now and then! Although I loved all their cup cakes equally, the red velvet one with cream cheese and the blue berry were my most favourite!! And don’t forget to have their shakes as well. They are show stealers as well

Little hole in the wall store on a cobblestone street in Covent Garden. Very clean and beautiful display of the cakes on offer. Efficient service and we tried one each. They are of very high quality.
I am a dessert freak and had to try Lola's Cupcakes on my first venture out in the city.
And in my two month long stay I have had these delicious beauties almost every week!
My personal favourite flavours are Tiramisu, Red Velvet and Chocolate Raspberry.
And what's even better is that they offer two sugar free varieties as well - Raspberry and Chocolate, so me and hubby could enjoy them together!
Though towards the end of day they start to run out of stock.
The most gorgeous and delicious red velvet cupcakes are to be found right here! As somewhat of an aficionado of the genre, this place wins by a mile. Everything is just right, everything works. The shopfront in Waterloo station is also a home for fresh and awesome goods.
I happened to be at the Covent garden at 9:30 early morning on a Sunday, and its hard to find anything open here in London so soon on that particular day of the week. But to my surprise this little shop bakery was open and the stuff within was so tempting that I couldn't resist myself from eating. I grabbed a coffee to save me from the cold and got so confused over which muffin to choose as they were all so tempting. I had their brownie and two of their muffins and they were delicious.
A highly recommended place for all visiting London.
Eis um caso em que a fama corresponde ao proveito: os cupcakes da Lola são feitos à mão e têm qualidade suprema, para além de que os sabores são daqueles que fazem apetecer perder a compostura e comer um de cada, sem hesitações. Degustaram-se os mini de caramelo salgado, oreo e chocolate com noz, mais o normal red velvet e eram todos divinos. O único senão radica no facto de o Lola Cupcakes não ter um espaço onde possamos comer estas maravilhas com calma: é um balcão de rua, que até embala as coisas maravilhosamente, mas que não consegue evitar que, depois de uns encontrões no metro, cheguemos a casa com as obras arruinadas (mas igualmente maravilhosas, no que aos sabores diz respeito).
Lola's offers unique and timeless flavours which will knock anybody off their diet. Albeit not cheap, their cakes never disappoint. Salted Caramel is a personal favourite.

I am lactose intolerant and thank God, they have vegan ones. I was delighted. I had a red velvet one, my friend had "the millionaire" one (all chocolate).
They also have some gluten-free if you are gluten intolerant.
We recommend 100%. It was absolutely delicious, perfect amount of everything, I cannot praise those cupcakes enough.
Seriously, if you're in Covent Garden, give them a try. You won't be disappointed. I miss those cupcakes already.

Good selection of cupcakes. They all taste different, but they’re all super sweet. The cream also tastes different on each of them depending on the flavor - which is a nice touch.
Beautiful cupcakes and brownies that are beautifully decorated and fresh. They have nice cakes and milkshakes that have a brownie mixed in. You will enjoy his place and also their friendly staff.
Excellent cupcakes. The place is directly on the street, so there is no seating place. The chocolate brownies is excellent. The price is reasonable. Location is very close to Covent Garden underground and its shopping areas.
The service was warm and friendly and they have a wide variety of flavours available. They have a good selection of gluten free and vegan options and it is clear what they have sold out of so you don't have to ask and be disappointed.
We had the banoffee pie and gluten free chocolate fudge cake (which is also vegan so dairy free) and they barely touched the sides.
I would certainly recommend them for a little treat.
I ordered a victoria sponge cake for our anniversary and it was really great. A really delivate sponge with fresh fruits and amazing icing. Their delivery is super reliable and boxes are also really cute. I previously also ordered a red velvet cake from them for my SO’s birthday and that one was also the most delivious red velvet cake I’ve ever had
Really amazing cupcakes. Mig girlfriend calls them the best cupcakes she has ever had (and that says alot). Their cupcake-milkshakes are beautiful and delicious! But do note if you come at a late time the will have sold out of some variants (good thing all of them are good). They also had a really friendly staff here.
Friendly staff and the overall presentation was nice with the packaging. The cupcakes themselves were tasty. Sam approves! :)
My favorite cupcake place ever. They are so delicious. Tried different flavors and never been disappointed. Fluffy and full of flavor. Sometimes I find cupcake's frosting too sweet and don't enjoy it that much, but the frosting in Lola's is amazing too. They also have vegan options and you would not be able to tell they are vegan.
Really good milkshakes made with the nice cupcakes blended with ice cream. The flavour is amazing, we ordered it topped with cream and they put chocolate chips on the top. 😋
I gave them 4 stars instead five because the staff was a bit rude with us when we tried to order two sold out flavours... we might try in the next few days to order again the same flavours expecting them to have it in stock as they have that flavours on the counter, just to show the shape and the good looking appearance of the milkshakes.
We ordered a small victoria sponge cake from this location to take over to my sister’s place.
We are all big fans of victoria sponge cake. It was a huge hit! Perfect balance of cake to cream. The berries were fresh.
Ordered online a Vegan cake for a birthday. Cakes we've had previously from different companies have been way too sweet but this one was perfect.
What a great find! We needed a dairy-free surprise 60th birthday cake to collect whilst on our celebrations in Covent Garden. And not being local we were a little anxious about the whole process. But the variety of dairy-free cakes to choose from was fantastic and the chocolate fudge cake we chose was delicious for all the party, just the right size too. Really easy to order and collect. But the staff also deserve a special mention. They went out of their way to help us surprise the birthday girl and it was actually one of the highlights of her day. A big thank you to the team
Seriously- the pistachio cupcake, is the bset cupcake i have ever had!! and it's Vegan!!!!! and they have a few more vegan options. came back there twice!
Vibrant colours of cakes, beautifully laid out, tempting to ask for a few. I loved the concept of the strawberry on cake. Yes, the irony it has fruit, so the sugar and flour calories will be negated.
Covent Garden is crammed with great little shops like this one, in tucked away places. This one is the best shop window on the street. Their rosewater and pistachio cupcake is my wife's fave. Overall their products are well presented, lovely!
Good cupcakes with a variety of toppings and types. They're quite good, but expensive for what you get.
Stopped by to get a gluten-free treat. Their tiny storefront was filled with cupcakes and a rainbow layered cake. There were many flavors of cupcakes which were beautifully decorated and for gluten-free, there was at least four flavors of cupcakes which were already individually prepackaged in cute little boxes to avoid cross-contamination. I chose red velvet and then cookies & cream. I ate the cookies and cream one and it was delicious with plenty of icing. Saving the other one for tomorrow which I’m sure will be equally as good.
