Hidden gem in Harringay. Great decor, hidden garden area - great spot in summer. The house specialty - Mauritian omelette (ask for their homemade chilli) is a must try, great juices and good coffee!
Lovely place with a legendary garden! I will definitely become a regular as the hospitality of the owner is great!
Food at moka is amazing, great atmosphere and owner so friendly and accommodating.
This has been my local cafe for nearly two years now and it is consistently superb. My fave coffee spot in London and will come back even though I am moving elsewhere in the city. Excellent coffee and delicious brunches and food. Most importantly run by lovely staff who always make you feel welcom
We were met with good and promt service, and the food was just great and full of flavour. We haven't tried the coffee, as I'm a bit particular when it comes to coffee and there are only a few places in London that pass my mark but after reading some of the reviews I might give it a go next time, as
Went here on a Friday eve with our 5yr old and sat out at the tiny terrace at the back and had some truly amazing food. Had 4 small plates to share with spicy and flavoursome Indian/ Mexican/ Asian influences. Everything was incredibly tasty, they had a kids menu and the owner was really friendly. W
Best café in London. Love the courtyard.
Have returned to London now after 2 years away and it was great to come back to Moka and see it is even better than before. The food has gone up another notch and they seemed to have refined the decor. The staff are always lovely. Still the best cafe in Lond
Brilliant and unique! Wonderful flavours in a selection of Mauritian dishes. Lovely cosy ambiance - I'd just been a regular here for breakfast until tonight. And not forgetting the dessert - caneles de Bordeaux - yummy! I'm coming back for more!!
Cosy cafe with great food and lovely staff. A gem in Harringay
Lovely place for brunch and coffee, but also great choice for dinner! The menu changes frequently with something for everyone to choose from. I will definitely come back!
A great little place with excellent food and great vibe
Had a great family breakfast here:
Great kids meals - fresh and quick!
Really good coffee.
And superb breakfast menu - pancakes delicious.
Will be going back!
Haringey finally got its prayers for a Melbourne-style cafe answered, albeit with some conditions – opening hours are finicky. Originally a dry cleaner, the mixture of vintage seating, quirky framed posters and an open kitchen at the back has made this a white-brick spot welcoming for locals looking
The pancakes here are to die for. They serve a pretty delicious lunch, and great coffee. Quirky interior.
The staff can be a little disorganised sometimes, but still lovely.
Nice spot. Have only been once, and they ran out of a few menu items on the by 2 pm on a sunday so might advise to head there early. Good coffee.
Cafe Moka opened in 2011 just adjacent to the 'Harringay Ladder' and is great for anyone who's been craving a great quality coffee in the area for far too long. Alongside the nop notch latte the cafe serves a great selection of breakfast and lunch dishes, and I have to agree that the pancakes with s
