I try & refrain from reviewing franchise businesses because I guess I see it as kind of cheating in a sense, but in this case I'll make an exception because Five Guys has been on my list for a while now. A good burger is one of man's greatest inventions. A GREAT burger however, is clear affirmation that God exists. I've had many a burger in my time & in all honesty, Five Guys is up there with the best of em. They're not the prettiest looking burgers I've seen but I've found in my experience that it's usually the unsightly ones that taste the best - and in this case that theory stands true. The portions are as big as your head and with every bite you take you ascend into a new level of euphoria. I find it laughable that the reviewers for other branches in London slam the "atmosphere & service".......mate, you came to a fast-food restaurant what the hell were you expecting?! Top hats and valet parking?!
This burger always stuck in my mind during weekdays in work. No wonder coz the burger is so delicious, beef patty is nicely cooked with nice toppings (for me: all the way without pickles). It is juicy with nice smells.
Fries is also a must for everyone. It is a crispier and thicker version of McDonald’s. I used to like it a lot but now it is replaced by Five guys fries💓. The main point is! The portion is massive even I just ordered a mini fries, they have like bunch of it inside the bag as well. They also deep fried it with peanut oil. That’s why it taste and smell so different to others🥹🥹🥹.
You can now also get free peanuts and five guys mayo.
Great burger and fries at a fraction of Hard Rock. Be warned, the burgers are BIG. Most everyone will be satisfied with the small cheeseburger and small fries. In fact, you could easily split the small burger and fries. Ensure to get all the fixin's. I got it ALL the Way, and was perfect.
And yes, they have the peanuts. They're by the soda fountain. Free refills!
Burgers are great. I understand this concept of traditional American burger joint, but waiting for your order cannot be more chaotic.

There were a lot of customers but they finished our order fast. The food is delicious as always. The drinks are special. The fries portions are enormous. (This is a small burger with small fires on the picture, it was more then enough for one person.)

I had the pleasure of visiting Five Guys Piccadilly Circus during my trip to London and it was a memorable experience. This bustling burger joint, located in the heart of the city, offers delicious, customizable burgers and fries that are perfect for a quick meal or a satisfying feast.
Upon entering the restaurant, I was immediately greeted by the lively atmosphere and the tantalizing aroma of freshly-cooked burgers. The decor was casual yet inviting, with a combination of red and white checkerboard patterns and simple wooden furniture. The walls were adorned with various accolades, testimonials, and articles that showcase the brand's success.
The ordering process at Five Guys is straightforward and efficient. The menu is limited, which I found to be refreshing as it allows the restaurant to focus on perfecting their burgers and fries. There's a choice of burgers, hot dogs, sandwiches, and the famous Five Guys fries. One can customize their burgers with a plethora of toppings, from lettuce and tomatoes to grilled onions and jalapeños, all at no extra charge.
The only downside to our visit was the noise level, which is expected in such a busy location. It may not be the ideal spot for an intimate conversation, but it's perfect for a quick, delicious meal.

Delicious burgers, fries and shakes! Really hit the spot after a night out on the town. It's a little pricey, but the location probably has something to do with that. Also, they only use fresh beef; it's a quality burger.
After a full day of walking, socialising, loving the vibe and enjoying Pride London, we traditionally go to Five Guys to finish. My costume is outrageous every year, and the covent garden branch is not accepting of it, and won't let me in. That's ok, that's their prerogative. The Piccadilly branch however is lovely, and I love the vibe in there. This was our third year in a row coming here and the vibe is great. The food is also amazing and service is fast.
You have to personally visit this place to experience good food. Freshly made Perfect burger and fries while you're waiting and endless different drinks 😃😃😃 to choose from., Did I mention you can choose all the freshly made toppings for your burger for free..

Excellent 👌 customer services from staff and great manager Thomas. The guy is everywhere making sure people 'customers' are literally happy. I haven't seen a restaurant like this, Highly recommended.

The good of going to Five Guys is that you know what to expect. I went there at evening and it wasn't so busy, so I could receive my order very quickly and it's easy to find a place to seat with my friends. Their burgers and chips taste good, as well as their milkshakes. The staff is very sympathetic and make sure they got your order correctly before charging it. I recommend the place!
I had never eaten at a Five Guys before stopping in here for dinner. TBH, I don't understand the hype. We had a burger, fries, hot dog, and shakes. The burger was good but not anything special, I cook one as good or better on my backyard grill. The hotdog was to put it bluntly, less than average. The fries were pretty good and the shakes were good but nothing special. I thought the prices were comparable for other burger fast food joints given inflation. Long gone are the days of value menus. I will say one thing super positive.
The restaurant was super busy when we went in and the folks behind the counter were friendly, efficient, and it was super clean despite the crowds.
The tl;dr it's a good burger, but there's nothing to get super excited about.
