The Caesar salad was very fresh, but I thought the fish and chips batter was too thick and was slightly over cooked. The wine choices are good, and the chips were perfectly cooked. It felt as though the staff were going through the motions though - there was no extra effort. It was quiet when we wer
A delightful setting for a delightful pub and restaurant. The Old Bank is a great addition to the Fuller's stable. Great high ceilings done in white make this a lovely light and airy place to eat and drink. Love the "Boardroom" at the back. Great staff offering wonderful service. The beer, lager in
I recently booked a little surprise birthday get-together at The Old Bank in their snug area. Big shout outs to Harry, Judith and Finn for their friendly, attentive hospitality! Everything went perfectly. Excellent English sparkling wine, great food. Dog friendly. Highly recommended. Thank you so m
We had a lovely brunch here. Attentive staff. Air conditioning which was a bonus on a hot summer day (32 degrees outside - we were looking to have a refreshing lunch). Stylishly decorated and gorgeous building, would definitely impress your guests.
Nice food. The service was a bit slow. No menus when we sat down. Then asked for water and they forgot. Then asked for the bill twice and then had to pay at the till because they had forgotten. They were all nice, just maybe not enough staff.
Deceptive. I was pleasantly surprised to find out this is a Fullers pub after seeing photos. Warm welcome and attention to my booking request from friendly team. Food was good although not as varied menu as expected. Beautiful layout and booths. Shame builders ruined the ambience at times.
Nice, bright, high room which you'd struggle to believe is actually a Fuller's pub. Serves brunches, burgers and a selection of larger meals. Food was good and not badly priced. Unfortunately, the shaksouka came without eggs despite my friend asking for it three times while the server struggled with
Highly recommend! The food and drink menu is amazing - we got brunch with some sides and bloody marys. the staff are super friendly and it has a good vibe with outdoor seating and a great atmosphere inside too. And it's perfectly located a perfect street to explore.
Nice place to grab some ‘elaborated’ pub food. Everything we had was very tasty and it didn’t take long for the food to be served.
The service could have been better as we were just 3 tables in total but took quite some time to get our order and some drinks.
A very interesting and uncommon pub on this popular and stylish street.
The building and main room is simply stunning, very different from your usual London pub.
A great choice of ales served by a very friendly staff.
