I've had one of the best experience in this branch, lovely, attentive staff, delicious food to accompany a fantastic, abundant, over three cups, tea. I spent over an over chatting with a dear friend without even realising the passing of the time, with nothing going wrong from start to finish. The only personal note is not to order the cheesecake again as both of us found it a bit too sweet and we couldn't manage to finish it, while we enjoyed completely the vegetables quiche. I'll go back for sure, as is not only a perfect place to treat yourself, but is dress to impress and will be perfect for dates and visiting friends.
One of my favourite spot to spend an afternoon with friends around a good coffee or one of the many patisseries you can enjoy.
I had the oppotunity of trying the Croque Monsieur with a very very fresh apple juice. Having consumed many croque monsieur, I pay a lot of attention between the components ( ham and cheese) and I have to say that Patisserie Valerie offered a quality product.
The overall casual ambiance made the consumption very easy and enjoyable.
Verdict: very interesting place to go with friends to spend a causal afternoon.

Whenever my father used to take me into work, I was treated to a breakfast at Patisserie Valerie. This was always a fantastic occasion as I got to spend an hour one on one with him and chat over some quality food.
My meals ranged from a simple Pain au Chocolate with a Cappuccino to a tuna ciabbatta, and rarely did I experience a poor breakfast there. Not only was all the food fantastic, ranging from the breakfasts to the patisseries, but the service too was great.
The tables were always spotless, the waiters and waitresses always smiling with a sublime atmosphere.
I would absolutely recommend this restaurant for a quiet and relaxing meal, with a group of friends or family.
This branch of Patisserie Valerie has a particular sentimental value to me. Located as it is on Torrington Place, it has played host to its fair share of good times. The latte is surprisingly affordable, and often I'd dive in before a lecture to get one to go. During my finals, I had a shocker of an exam. Patisserie Valerie was there with its fresh choice of ice-creams to help me through. I sat outside, unwound, and got on with the task at hand. When I finished finals, I woke the following day and had breakfast at PV on Torrington Place. It was one of the greatest breakfasts of my life.
Sure the ambiance is a little flat within, but still, this particular branch will always have a place in my hard. Of course, this does nothing to help the fact that it's too pricey for what you're getting. But still, I love it for what it is.

The afternoon tea is of high quality and each person can order two drinks from a selection of choices on the menu! 😳🥰 Staff are all helpful and cheerful! We had a cozy and relaxing afternoon time😋
Pretty nice seating area. Relaxing atmosphere and excellent for a soothing winter tea. The toilets are clean as well and waitresses are relatively attentive and friendly. Worth a shot visiting!
Enjoyed the food and atmosphere. It was the right temperature for a cold night. Staff were friendly and the service was fair. The food was priced okay for the sort of place. Ate a BLT with a hot choclate drink. Both made well. The BLT came with chips too. There's a toilet in there. It looks free to use for non customers. Helpful to know in the winter months. It closes at 8pm.

Nice and quiet as nothing is played in the shop.. pretty tranquil place to chill out. Prices on the high side for what you get. The waffle and 2 scoops in the picture cost £6.50. service was good and quality of the menu items is decent but really nothing special, especially for the price. Overall, really nice atmosphere but the quality could do with improvement.
Lovely vegan-friendly pastry shop with lots of proper meals and great plant options such as raw vegan cakes. Tried a smashed avocado toast and wasn’t disappointed.
Great service. Fantastic cake selection. Got a wonderful celebration cake for my partners birthday. Quality throughout.
Had the most fantastic afternoon tea for 2 today, with warm mini quiche and warm scones, plus a delicious selection of sandwiches and wonderful pastries. We came away very full and very happy! Staff were very attentive and welcoming, the venue was comfortable and spacious, and we would thoroughly recommend this experience.
I came just before a lunchtime rush, and was welcomed from the start. Despite having about thirty customers who came in at once, the four members of front staff were able to serve me well within reasonable time whenever I wanted something else. Not only that, but throughout the rush they still had a an energetic and composed buzz about them, and maintained a smile! Really fantastic service!Moritz especially was great!
Food is on the more expensive side but that's to be expected in Fitzrovia.
This is the best place for Afternoon Tea, considering both price and quality. Great! It's also got other meals and cakes. My mum and I went here multiple times during our stay in London and we loved it every time.

Really lovely English Breakfast - nice (un-)healthy portions - and genuinely the nicest, friendliest service i've had in a long time. The waitress really took care to make sure we had everything we needed and all was just as wanted.
Great coffee and authentic French pastries set in the bustle of the UC Hospital. Decent prices and smiling staff though can take a while to be served. Worth seeking out in that part of town.
A bit pricey still I love all of their cakes, especially the Napoleon cake!
I've visited the Patisserie Valerie - Torrington many times and on each occasion the services has been excellent and also the food. They actually serve proper Orange juice and I can't commend the staff enough. It is surprise to me that this company isn't doing well financially...
