I retract my previous review only because the owner wrote to me apologising for the disastrous experience and booking misunderstanding. He wanted us to come back to truly enjoy the hospitality of GALLERIA..... And today we did! The food was exceptional, service attentive and helpful.
My guests and I are so pleased to have given GALLERIA another chance. We had the mixed starters, very fresh and mixed grill, the meat so tender/moist - overall the food was like a home cooked meal.
A very friendly family style restaurant and atmosphere! A great mix of authentic flavours in all the foods. Best meat I've had in years, everything is freshly made and prepared and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend this restaurant if you regularly enjoy Persian food or want to try it for the first time. Overall, a really special place.
Friendly and family place and the food of amazing the meat is the best meat I ever had in London
I have never eat better than here <3 food is perfection!
The best persian restaurant ever
Fesenjooon tastes so good
Amazing and genuine Persian food. Galleria is our no.1 go-to restaurant in London.
Te pi kafe me Almir terzin
Must try if you're a fan of Iranian food. Place is owned by an Iranian couple where the husband is a painter who displays his artwork at the restaurant, and his wife did all the cooking. The place does the Iranian cuisine justice, if you have any first timers I would definitely recommend this place.
Delicious Persian food! Portions are huge and the dishes are super tasty. Great for home delivery as it's consistent, reliable and quick. The atmosphere inside is casual and cozy. Top Persian choice in the area for sure.
Definitely one of the best Persian restaurants in London I highly recommend this to everybody that I know looking for good Persian food. Its family run the menu changes every day the food is always fresh and as good as food in iran
Tucked away just off marylebone high street - this is an easy place to miss when looking around for restaurants in the area. The restaurant is this often times not very crowded and easy enough to get a table at even on a Friday evening.
It is not the fanciest of places - but the food I think is top notch. Having been here a couple of times - we tested quite a few of their person grills and they all are up to the mark. The mince lamb and the chicken skewers in particular I think were very good. The prices are also very moderate especially compared to the other restaurants in the vicinity.
Good quality food and great service. Might not be the fanciest Persian restaurant out there but it is for sure a nice and cosy one. The walls are covered with very interesting paintings and that is why it is called Galleria!
I especially recommend the desserts, the Bastani is absolutely mouth watering. Also if you like a bit of sweet and sour, I would suggest you try the faloodeh. Faloodeh is a traditional Iranian dessert which is difficult to find in London.
Nise food. Nise locasane. The water was friendly but the food took fore ever to make. The decreasing cold have been better.
Cozy Persian restaurant in central London, all food homemade by the lady owner who makes different specials every day.
Delicious stews for cold weather and refreshing Persian drinks.
Try their Salad Olivieh, falafel and Kashk-e bademjan for starters. It's great.
I love when I'm lucky enough to come on a day when they have tahchin. It's so good!
I feel like some of he reviews here is just nonsense, if you want cheap food - go to another Iranian restaurant further away from W1 or McDonald's 3 minutes away.
And writing post-it notes and leaving on your plate? Come on. It's not high school! If you're unhappy with your food - you tell your waiter.
Highly recommended. Very generous portions and good priced to be in a expensive neighborhood like Marylebone.
Good Food. Kababs were well prepared and nice taste.
Leads when it comes to Iranian stews. Always frequented by London Iranians. Delicious Ash Amar soup and Koobideh (a kofte style meat skewer). Their stews are on a white board. Includes outside tables
I came here for a too good to go and received a portion that was enough for two people. Pretty good for what it is

I really like this restaurant. It's clean and beautifully decorated. Staff are friendly and polite. The main attraction is of course the food. Extensive menu full of delicious dishes, all very reasonably priced. The location is also perfect, especially if you drive. Always ample parking around there. I do highly recommend this restaurant.
Very good Persian restaurant. Been going there on and off when I visit London for many years. Nice paintings (for sale) and great food and very good service. The owner (who paints) is often there, overseeing things. Fantastic location too next to the trendy shops of Marylebone.
I have been coming to this restaurant for the past year or so, with friends. However, I have started to bring my family purely because of the service I am given throughout. The member of staff who stands out to all my friends, family and I is Drilon (asked for his name). He is such a professional, polite and happy young man always with a smile on his face. I think he is the supervisor or manager as he seems to run the restaurant with every visit. An absolute credit to the restaurant and makes everyone feel comfortable the second they step into Galleria.
Very good Persian restaurant. Been there once.
I visit London for many years.
Great food and very good service.
The owner (who paints) is often there, overseeing things.
Fantastic location too next to the trendy shops of Marylebone.
I recommend it it’s the best Persian restaurant in London.
Our favorite restaurant in the area.
Comfort food and great service in a pleasant and quiet street ... near some great high street shopping!
The best dishes for us are of course the kebab style foods with the rice and all the "sabzi" vegetable dishes; which may include some meat of you like.
Don't miss the bread and the chopped salad appetizer with the cheese and walnuts.

I was in London for a few hours and didn't have enough time to go to other Persian restaurants that I have tried before and trusted.
I've read the reviews and the score were 4 so walked in to the restaurant not expecting either very good service or food. But it was a big surprise!
The guy came to take our order "Neshan" were super friendly and nice. Asked if we like some water for the table and came back immediately with jar of cold water with ice and lemon and pour in the glass. ordered Tah Dig and Khoresht (Stew) Fesenjoon as starter and the Spicy Platter with rice. After we ordered another staff "Soheila" came to our table and explained, there are other type of Khoresht(s) which we can order with Tah Dig, which was helpful but we decided to stay with Fesenjoon.
Tah Dig and Fesenjoon was absolutely delicious, one of the best. savory enough and really tasty. Highly recommended :D
It took a few minutes after we finished starter to bring the main and Neshan came with the food and apologies for the delay and brought us an extra dish of Fesenjoon to compensate. The restaurant was really busy for a Tuesday evening and a little delay was totally acceptable but they were kind and very polite. Just exactly the way that you would like to be treated as a customer. The Spicy platter was delicious specially Koobideh and Chenjeh kabab. personally I am not fan of Charmoula chicken which was Jooje kabab (Grilled Chicken) with Pesto. I would probably change Charmoula chicken with Chenjeh kabab next time!
Finally we had Persian tea and Napeloni (kind of a creamy Pastry) which was fresh, delicious and good portion, Good enough to share between two of us.
Long story short, The food was tasty and hospitality was great. Compare to other Persian restaurant in London, Personally I think this restaurant should score much higher if it comes to food and hospitality, of course there are more modern or decorated nicer Persian restaurant in London but if you looking for good food and staff that looking after you, This is the place.
I will definitely go back again.
Good food, convenient location, decent pricing. Have been here a few times with friends and family and everyone has enjoyed it. Not the best Persian food in London but overall, it's a very good restaurant.
Food is excellent and must try the beef, the salad and the rice.
