Cheap and delicious, what more can a student ask for? I had the Chicken Tikka panini and it was huge and so so good. There's no fancy ambiance or anything, but it's a great, low-key place to stop in for lunch. The workers are nice, too!

A great little find. Lovely staff, food and service and just around the corner from Great Ormond Street Hospital. A free drink with every meal too!

Easily the best cafe in the area, everything you want from a greasy spoon experience. Food: 8/10 Every part of the fry up was above average in quality and taste. Not perfect but worth the price you pay for it, went back for a bacon burger and the same again. I recommend stopping in the morning for their deal of any single item crusty roll and a drink for just under 3 quid! Staff: 10/10 Very welcoming and friendly, make you feel comfortable and never rushed or pushed to anything but enjoy your meal and your time there Service: 10/10 As soon as you tell them your order chef is straight on the mark, I've never seen so much stuff freshly cooked being sent out so fast. This is a great call if you need something quick. Price: 9/10 A fully loaded fry up will set you back around 7-8 quid (toast and tea included) and comes as one of the most expensive parts of the menu. Why other places may beat that price with Romano you get the quality and quantity to suffice such a price tag. It's the only reason I can't give it a 10 as their 3 pound deals and everything is is more than cheap compared to others

Nice greasy spoon for those who enjoy a nice fry up on Friday after a long 5 days of work, fair prices for London and really tasty food, I would recommend the all day breakfast which is about £7.50. Staff very friendly and they are currently offering a loyalty card for those who are loyal to the cafe.

I stopped here for a morning bite to eat on my way to visit a client. It was very busy and clearly has lots of regular customers. The service was quick and efficient and the 3 guys behind the counter worked hard and got the orders out to their hungry clientele without any undue delay. The menu is varied and caters for builders, businessmen, and foreigners whose idea of a decent morning meal is rather more varied/exotic than a bacon sandwich or a full English. I liked the fact they can serve orange juice if requested. The prices are very reasonable considering the central London location. As cafes go, this one is pretty damn good. I wish them every success.

Great place that I would frequent, working just round the corner. The premises were always clean and a delight to walk in, with the two guys who ran the joint being talkative. Shame that it hasn’t survived COVID crunch, a real loss to the area and the obvious indication of cleansing that occurring during lockdown. I never had a poor meal, truly gutted it’s gone.

This place is a college students dream. Great food at great prices. Just wish they stayed open late, perfect drunk food. - American student studying at NYU

Great old fashion cafe. Great fry-up breakfast. You just don't see these places any more. A real gem.

A real decent café with a great selection of traditional dishes you'll find at a British Café. Prices are very reasonable, especially for the area

Good place for a cuppa, also do some basic sarnies and food. Not haute cuisine, but a good stop for a quick lunch.
