Really excited about The Dynamo. We have lived in SW15 for over ten years and with an Aussie better half we are always on the look out for great new spots in Putney. So if you love great barista made Flat Whites and have an appetite for brunch with an Aussie styled menu - smashed avo on sourdough, poached eggs not forgetting the favourite of mine, corn ftitters with bacon and Halloumi then The Dynamo is the place to try. As I am also a keen MAMIL having a place where I can safely park my bike inside just ticks all the boxes. Thanks Dynamo great to have you in Putney. ☺

I eat out a lot and have tried most places in Putney, where I've been a local for a few years now. I happened to have brunch for the first time at Dynamo today by chance, after walking past and seeing a table free outside in the sun (lucky, as it was busy). Have to say the service was brilliant and the food came out unbelievably quick, which is a huge plus for me. It was also really tasty and I really like the menu. I will be back again, thanks guys

Five stars alone for the possibility to take your rides inside. And even for Velomobiles. That was very unusual and kind of you ! Keep it up - best regards from germany.

Best pizza in south west London! Meatballs are yum. As are padrons, the croquettes and and.....a little off the beaten track in balham but worth the (little) walk....

Menu mostly consists of pizza and salads but they are excellent, served on sourdough bread. Somehow they manage to produce superb dairy free pizzas too as well as gluten free options. Staff are very friendly and you 10% off if in Lycra! Craft beers, gooey brownies and other great cakes also available. Highly recommended.

DELICIOUS food, smoothie, coffee and great service. I know they have changed their staff as some problems happened in the past. The change can be noticed. Really really worth a visit!

Great dog friendly restaurant in Putney where dogs are welcomed. I found the food to be really good - the pizzas are super tasty and the brunches are great too. Cool cycling theme features throughout. There’s loads of space inside which means that cyclists, non-cyclists, families, dogs and owners can all co-exist over coffee without feeling like you’re cramping someone else’s style. Full review in the dog-friendly category on my blog.

Great place and food is good although prices for some items are extreme. Service is decent and atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing. Good place overall especially if they updated the menu.

Went as part of a group and there was a mix of orders across their menu. Food was very good on all fronts, quick to come out and tasty. Although a lovely young lady took our orders, two male members of staff that served us were very unpleasant. The taller, balding man who has his dog at the front (to be clear, loved the dog and she was very friendly. Perhaps her owner could take a leaf out of her book) was particularly rude.

I've been here to meet up with my baby group as well as for a treat brunch for myself. The staff are very friendly it's very laid back and relaxed. The food is great, I go for the brunch options but they also do pizzas. Some of the combinations sound odd but everything has tasted great. There is lots of space for bikes outside or inside on a rack. Also space for prams inside.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with choosing the meals. I had the chorizo hash. It was delicious. However, I would say it’s heavy for one of the hottest days of the year. The menu was so good I really was struggling to decide what to order. The coffee was nice, I would have liked the latte to be a little bigger. Outside of that was a great place. I will definitely be going back the next time I am in London.

Very nice spot for brunch, lunch and casual dinners. They had a good selection of pizzas, breakfasts and other food. Cozy atmosphere with plenty of seating areas and tables away from each other. Ordered a breakfast bun with eggs and their pancakes. Really good pancakes. Fluffy and not over decadent. Coffees are very well made too. Service was amazing. Very friendly and efficient. Highly recommend if you're in the area or love all things brunch and pizza!

Big fan of the Dynamo, just off the main High Street in Putney it offers a great breakfast/brunch/lunch and dinner menu. Great Caravan coffee and a range of beers on tap as well. Service always with a smile and everyone is happy to help. Lots of seating indoors with additional seating outside. Normally has the bike racing on the TV. There’s parking for the bicycles inside which is a great bonus.

Tasty brunch in Putney! My vegan parmesan was delish. Staff is nice and prices are fair. Would like to go back for a nice beer after a bike ride - I've checked their selection of beers and was tempted. They also have indoor bike storage, love that!!

EDIT 20/6/23: Locks now installed and CCTV being sorted so happy to update review, really appreciate the quick response and efforts here :) Great cafe on the whole with excellent pizza and drinks, but after a spate of recent thefts of personal belongings and bikes, it was disappointing to hear management take little interest in creating a safer environment and have no working CCTV at the front of the premises either. This is a popular spot for cyclists, and the cycling community acknowledge that bikes are always left at the owner's risk even when in the racks inside, but would be grateful if, like other cafes, simple locks are provided to act as a deterrent.

Great place for breakfast. Very good coffee, smooth, rich and aromatic. We had shakshuka and scrambled eggs, both really tasty. Prompt and friendly service, nice vibe inside, also has outdoor seating.

The dynamo is a great brunch spot. Very busy so you may have to wait 5-10 minutes for a table, but it was worth the wait. Excellent coffee (alternative milks provided), and the brunch was amazing. The staff were very attentive and friendly with overall great service.

Great place for pizza! Staff was incredibly sweet and the atmosphere was great. Though, i do think it may be a bit hard to go with a friend because it was quite loud in there. Still very tasty pizza and would go back!

Cycle themed bar/restaurant with good selection of food, drinks with great table service. I had the in-house version of eggs Florentine on sour dough bread which was nice but a bit over loaded with spinach. My colleagues had the sour dough Stelvio veggie pizza with they both rated highly. Overall good experience and nice to have different lunch time options in Putney.
