Overall the food is good. I went in. Friday evening and a DJ started playing. This meant that there was a casual vibe but probably not the best place to go if you are having in depth conversations with friends. The food is good but didn't blow me away. I ordered the jerk chicken with jollof and fried plantains. It was tasty and flavourful. Casual chilled out eat.

As Nigerian its hard to find any African / Caribbean food in central London ... So believe me I was jumping with joy when a friend told me about this place , as I am always out in the area . The Jollof Rice with jerk chicken was just perfect , my friend got the Braised beef cheek and he enjoyed it as well so did I lol the wings were nice not to spicy.... will definitely come back to try other dishes Check my insta for more restaurant reviews Fem_87

Bowls Soho is a nice restaurant with a cute atmosphere. The staff were all helpful and friendly. We tried a few bowls, the non vegetarian bowls probably have a better value. The Jamaican goat curry was very good and a good amount for the price. The miso aubergine bowl tasted really delicious (really delicious!) but with just half an aubergine and a few toppings, it isn’t the most filling, especially priced at a similar amount to the more sizable goat curry. The BBQ jackfruit was more spicy than the sweet taste I usually associate with BBQ. Overall, a good experience and I would go again.

One of the best place I have been in London! I have been there already three times since it opened as I felt in love with the venue and the atmosphere. Food is amazing and portions is right what I love. They have a very large choice and feels like you’re transported somewhere far taste wise. I had the most tasty Jerk chicken ever! The staff is welcoming and friendly and the owner is amazingly taking care of all the clients personally checking every table. Very nice and particular drinks! I always go out satisfied and happy! Definitely my new place!!

The service was amazing! Honestly can't fault it. Attentive but not over the top and our waitress was very helpful throughout with recommendations etc. The food is good - my jerk chicken had a lot of flavour. The fact that the meat is halal is a bonus as it opens it up to more diners. And the music is great!!

Definitely one of my new favourite restaurants in London! Such a great atmosphere and the interior of the restaurant looks amazing! The starters were good sized and absolutely delicious. The laksa was so good that I am sure I will keep coming back for it! Had very unique drinks that were very good! The staffs are very attentive and friendly, the owner is lovely and took the time to personally explained everything on the menu which we really appreciated. Would definitely recommend!

A very unique and interesting concept worth trying. Upon arrival the owner was very excited to walk us through the food and drinks menu. Great selection of cocktails and wines to pick from( Bloody Marley a must try). The BBQ pulled pork bao was very tender and full of taste, worth every penny. Our mains were very delicious and filling. Service was really friendly and professional. Background music adds to your experience in a very vibrant and cosy ambiance. All in all a great experience. Will definitely go back.

Amazing atmosphere, beautiful decor and yummy food in bowls ! A great new addition to Soho food scene! We tried the Zari Pho and the Jerk chicken and both were delicious. The cocktail selection and wine is well priced and well picked. Loved the music and the buzz on a Friday night. The owner and the staff made us feel welcome and right at home. Will be coming back again and again !

A cozy restaurant with a welcoming atmosphere, attentive staff and a charismatic owner. The food was was truly unique, I’ve never tried the Caribbean cuisine before and I now regret that. The starters were the highlight of my evening; the courgette tempura fries are to die for. Will definitely visit again.

A good choice of vegan options, especially for the chosen cuisines. Was amazing to try the famous jolof rice with jackfruit instead of chicken. The whole vibe of the place is very welcoming, amazing owner, who came up to every table to welcome her clients. Overall a very pleasant experience, will definitely come back. Vegan approved!

Went here last week, fell in love with the place. Cosy atmosphere, beautiful interior, very friendly and attentive staff, the lovely owner was there as well, explained all the menu and recommended some dishes. The food was great, very high quality, especially we liked pork belly bao, courgette fries and jerk chicken with jallof rice. Cocktails are very tasty as well. Will definitely come back to have this again and try some other dishes from the menu!

Went there with friends for a meal last night. The place was buzzing! Lovely intimate feeling. We had super cool cocktails that came in a coconut bowls. Coool DJ too! The food is such a lovely mixture. We had vegetarian friend who was spoiled for choice. And everything served in beautiful ceramic bowls and very tasty! Not to mention great value for money!

Was walking by and decided to stop in, and it was such a good idea! Workers are very friendly, atmosphere is relaxing, and the owner is so nice! We had the Miso cod, Zara-pho, and Seafood laska, and ALL were very good. Ingredients were very fresh and well prepared. Also portions are perfect if you are looking for a filling dinner that doesn’t make you completely stuffed. An instant hit with my family! Highly recommend.
