A fabulous restaurant with warm and friendly staff who are professional and efficient. The menu is outstanding and the food is 5 star. Very large portions and they are happy to pack up any leftovers for you to take home. I would recommend this restaurant most highly and I would always suggest you book a table as it gets very busy especially at weekend

So my buddy called me up at the ungodly hour of 9:45 pm, apparently forgetting that humans need sustenance to survive. He was craving some juicy, succulent meat, and I couldn't let him starve (or worse, turn into a hangry monster).
We scoured the barren wasteland that is Borehamwood for a place to eat, but most joints had already packed up and gone home. Except for one shining beacon of hope: The Arch Restaurant.
We stumbled in at 10 pm, just as the staff were winding down for the night. But to our surprise, they greeted us with open arms.
I wasn't really in the mood for a late-night feast, but my friend was practically drooling at the thought of meat. So we ordered the "Arch Special" meat extravaganza for two, along with some Efes beers.
Let me tell you, that meat platter was a beast. It was so massive, I could've sworn it had its own gravitational pull. But it was damn delicious. We tried our best to tackle it, but it was like wrestling a wild boar.
Thankfully, we managed to avoid the pitas of doom and finish off most of the carnivorous bounty. The bill came out to £65 for everything, which was a steal considering how much meat we consumed.
But I have to admit, after that meal, I couldn't even look at a steak without feeling queasy for the next three days. Maybe next time, I'll stick to a salad. Or just fast for a week before trying such a feast.
Quite simply the best meal I’ve had in recent memory. Beautifully cooked meat, great service & fantastic value for money.

While my husband has spent time in the middle east and I lived in multiple cultural epicenters - we both agreed this was the best Turkish food we ever had. The hummus was creamy and perfectly seasoned and the kabob was cooked to juicy perfection.
Amazing Turkish restaurant. Staff really helpful, friendly and can't do enough for you. Food was amazing and really tasty. Really good portions as well. Prices are really reasonable for what you get. Will definitely be going back.

The food here was simply wonderful. They cook the meat over a real wood, charcoal fire, which makes it tender and juicy. The food was reasonably priced. We ordered a mixed grill which was a little bit of everything meat-wise and it was amazing. If you cannot eat spicy food- don’t worry. They seem to keep it separate from the main dish. So for example, a grilled jalapeño was served separately- way too hot for me!

For £8.49 we were happy with our two courses. The sigara borek cake with tangy chilli tomato relish and a garlic dip.
Vegetarian musaka was reasonbly tasty and has a lovely salad garnish. the rice was a bit of a letdown as it seems to be easy cook rice but it wasn't that bad. The accompanying flat bread was but far too much for a small teddy bear and one human.
Service was polite and friendly. Music was pleasant and likely Turkish.
Stopeed with my family to eat quick meal before heading to friends, surprised by warm welcome by lovely people there and smile with each time they speak to me and my family, not really usual these days but sounds the owner make them happy which is great by reflecting this on customers

Good food as my 1st Turkish meal. Really good serving size. The waitress does need some more experience with the items on the menu, but she was kind. Overall, it was a good experience.

We have had a lovely dinner at the Arch Restaurant over the weekend. Restaurant has very calming feeling & decoration, serving stuff is nice and friendly, mezze's were delicious. If you want to have a good Turkish food then i can highly recommend this restaurant. Their price is reasonable too.
