Is this the best fish and chips shop in Tooting? Yes I visited this place on a Sunday at 9pm, An hour before it was shutting. Come here for; 1. The beautiful front of house customer service lady who is working non stop. If anything is missed out she is devastated, that shows great character, a good human being but someone who is providing great customer service to us the customer. She is organised and has the most kindest and most sweetest voice and personality. She genuinely cares about every order and does her best to make sure every order is packed and checked. This shop is understaffed, but her smile and her kind demeanour is never gone. She will never upsell you on anything. She packs every order, checks and and works tirelessly to make sure you go home with the right order for dinner. Simply because she cares about every customer. If that is not great customer service, I don't know what is. You are always greeted with her a beautiful smile. 2. Come here for the food. Everything is made fresh on site. It tastes great, not too oily. The portions are big, you are definitely getting great value and feel like this is worth it. 3. The Chips Taste great, this is the only fish and chips shop where the bag of chips isn’t full of oil and we can actually eat the chips. 4. Getting Great advice from the wonderful Front of House Lady. She states I will give you separate vinegar so your food doesn’t get soggy. After Travelling for 45 minutes, got home, the food was hot, not soggy. She was right add the vinegar and salt at the end when you sit and eat. That little bit of great nugget of advice genuinely made the food taste better. 5. The Tartar sauce is Homemade and it definitely tastes that good. I ordered 2x Large Cod - £10 Each = £20 Total, 1x Regular Cod - £8.50, 1x Grilled Cod with chips and salad - £9.10 1x Large Chips - £4.50 4x Tartar Sauce - £1 Each - £4 Total Price £46.10 The food is great. It is the best Fish and chips shop in Tooting or maybe south london. You can taste the fish and chips. You want to return as a customer. Yes, you can sit inside as they have a few tables as its designed to look like an old school fish and chip shop. Be wary that you will be greeted with a cute smile from the Front of House lady and a wonderful aroma of Fresh fish and chips. How many places do you know cook their fish and chips fresh, with just the right amount of oil, and that you don’t feel sick afterwards? This shop cooks fresh fish and chips, that just tastes great coupled with a superb and polite customer service. These kind of Fish & Chip shops are hard gems to find.

First time done at this place and I have to admit that this is the best place in the town. Foods are fresh and fries are tasty. I will surely recommend to visit this place.

Lovely clean eating area Very friendly staff. Freshly cooked food. The cod was magic. Try the the home made tartar sauce if you have the fish it's really tasty.

Strongly recommended!! This is only the second time I've tried fish and chips, but I can sure it's the best restaurant in London! The atmosphere is really nice and relaxable... Not that crowded, but also not desert. Staffs are very friendly. They are the kindest staff I've ever met in London! But the best part is the food!!! Although it is not that expensive, its portion is big and absolutely delicious!! I think I would come again and try other menu!! I'm totally happy to know this place:)

Went here again last night with friends and again we had a superb Chip's and lamb chops, the staff are friendly and well trained the food is fabulous and it’s very good value for money ! Don’t change a thing you are perfect !
