The baristas, cashiers, and all the rest of Pret employees are amazing! They are non stop busy. I was sitting downstairs and they are constantly bringing fresh food upstairs. i don’t think they get enough credit for the hard work they provide in a high paced environment. Be nice to them! They work

Staff are lovely and they are constantly serving customers and are always very polite.
The pastries are baked nicely unlike some of the other pret stores I've been to.

Really nice spot to sit and have a drink. Some seating outside as well giving a view over St John’s High St. Service is quick and consistent, as most Pret stores are.

Given all the other higher end coffee shops, it is a pleasant surprise at the space this Pret affords its customers. Coffee I had was as I'd expect from a Pret but this branch never feels like it is hurrying so it is peaceful if you want a little time to be introspective or just relax.
Was passing by and just stopped for a quick bite. Apparently, Pret is a very big chain in London, not sure if they have Pret across UK and Europe. I can relate it to the Starbucks of London.
