What a great family restaurant had the tikka and lamb of which is the best I have ever tasted together with vegetables that seemed like they had only just been picked. Highly recommend and will return to try all the other dishes.

It's not always nice eating alone but this is a small and friendly place. Although I didn't order as much food or spend as much as other tables I was made to feel just as important. Authentic and traditional. Lamb jalfrezi was just right. Despite what other reviews have said the prices are great for central London.

Had the Lamb Vindaloo take away, will be back for more. Every time I visit London I have stopped here several times. The food was always very good, and the portions were filling. They never were very busy when I visited, though I usually went rather early. Sadly they seem to have closed, I guess it's time to find a new place for Indian take away.

Great Indian meal, nice portion sizes and at a fair price. The service was good and the food was lovely. Wish I had time to go back again and try some other dishes.

Every other Indian restaurant in Soho had a 1.5hr wait, we walked into Raj Tandoori and were sat right away to a very calming atmosphere. Food was delicious and service was great. This place is Highly recommended.

The Raj Tandoori on Berwick Street has now closed it doors for the last time and is now boarded-up. Sadly another good reasonably price restaurant has disappeared from Soho. Always had a warm welcome here and good food (even requests which were not on the menu).

This was a great place, very close to where we were staying so super convenient. We went in at an off time and while it wasn't very busy, service seemed a little slow since it wasn't crowded at all, we still had to wait a bit. But the food was great!

Delicious authentic food, we usually try and get a table when we're in town. "Fairly spicy" on the menu means "really spicy", be aware of that!

Very nice, had a deal for two which was delicious. Very nice rice. ASK FOR EXTRA SAUCY if you like it that way.

Loathed to give a good review as this is a hidden gem in the heart of London, but deserves a review. Great food, reasonable price, friendly atmosphere.
