It's my second time coming here and I just want to keep going back for more!
Babuji is an authentic and family run restaurant and you feel that family warmth as soon as you walk through the door. The staff make you feel so welcome and are so lovely, helpful and attentive throughout your time there - got any questions? They can certainly help and guide you.
The menu consists of incredible, unique dishes (as well as some of the usual suspects) that taste AMAZING. Don't even get me started on the desserts! Really well priced - we just went to town on this visit and ordered lots!
It really is a lovely place to go for dinner, I'm encouraging everyone I know to get down there!
Had a fantastic experience at Babuji - the food was delicious. I would especially recommend the lamb curry and garlic naan. The naan was perfectly cooked, buttery and soft with just a little crisp. The curry had an amazing depth of flavour and lamb was tender. Definitely visit if you get chance - we will be visiting again for sure!
We went to Babuji for lunch, and started with Bhel Puri which was pretty good. We ordered the dosa however it wasn’t what we’d expected. The main course was decent! I definitely like the street food items best of all.
Have always wanted to try this place and I’m glad that I did!!! Highly recommend order the lamb curry and shingara chaat for a starter! Never tried chaat before and it was genuinely the best dish here! The lamb curry is also another star of the show - the flavour of the lamb shone in the dish (definitely recommend asking them to making it spicier! you’ll feel the true kick from the curry!). We also tried the Daal Makhni and Butter Chicken, Daal is an amazing vegetarian option while the butter chicken is great for those who prefer sweeter curries than spicy ones!

It was our first time and we had an amazing time!!! Food was so good that I wish i could have it everyday. The waiter was so kind and accommodating. The restaurant was clean and service was great!!! Definitely order the Bangla Bhuna. :)
We dined at this restaurant and had an amazing experience. It was the best indian food we have ever eaten. The service is attentive and very friendly, the prices are fair and the restaurant is very clean. Would definitely recommend.
A unique aesthetic that takes you to a literal Indian restaurant from India. From the chairs to the artwork, or the newspaper style menu. This is an incredibly unique restaurant in the way it is styled. You will definitely enjoy dining in and taking in the music.
The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The service is quite fast and there is lots to take in as you wait.
The food is amazing and will definitely fill you up. There is a wide selection and vegan/vegetarian options are clearly labelled.
I highly recommend this restaurant, with it's own incredible journey to reaching Kentish Town. I hope to visit again!

Really nice interior and atmosphere. The food was delicious and filling. The service was wonderful and very friendly. If you’re looking for delicious South Asian cuisine I definitely recommend coming here. It’s worth the journey :)
Friendly service, very flavoursome food, reasonable prices and portion sizes. Excellent Garlic naan. Highly recommend that you book a table as it gets very busy here.
