Love the food cause the taste is authentic. Okay some flavours may be a bit stronger but overall we enjoyed it. They serve fast and the staff is friendly. If you're nearby, take time to try it yourself.

Great Indonesian cuisine in downtown London, its satay is delicious and they have a home-made “chilli” chocolate ice cream which is worth to try! Highly recommended...

was quite disappointed with the portions, hence not worth the prices. But the taste and quality of food was excellent. Really liked the service too

Really tasty food with great "all you can eat" options. And boy, did we eat. My favourites are the chicken sate and the tiger prawn fritters. The new branch in Chinatown is just as friendly and relaxed an atmosphere as the original.

Lovely meal with a warm and comfortable environment was all we got at Nusa Dua. Tasted the most authentic Indonesian cuisine ever for the first time and already in love with it.

Been here twice now, and both times I enjoyed my visit. My wife is Indonesian, and she loved the food, as did I. Food was served promptly, and presented very well. Waiters and waitresses were very polite and helpful. I hope to visit again soon!

A really go-to place for tourists and locals to try out one of the finest cuisine in Asia which is Indonesian cuisine.

Been there 3 times already and already miss going to that restaurant :(. I went there during my visit during the hollidays, and yes! I am Indonesian. Me and my family missed Indonesian food so bad when we were in London and finally we find this restaurant and dine here for 3 times.

The taste of the food was really a pleasure. I was gratified by the taste of the "gulai kambing" there. Gulai kambing is an Indonesian lamb curry, the one that they serve taste succulent and fresh and rich in spices! It is my favorite food when I dine there. And yes, this restaurant is halal. I've tried the "sop buntut" and the "nasi goreng kambing" here too and it just taste great!and all of its dishes is cooked by an Indonesian chef from Padang.

The owners and the waiters treat us well, they greeted us in a friendly and well-mannered way and also responsive too. We talked to the owner as well, he is an Indonesian from Padang and have been staying in London and opened the restaurant for 20 years.

This restaurant is located in one of the most visited place in London which is in Chinatown. Really do recommend this restaurant for both locals and tourists!

If you are craving for a more Indonesian rich cultures and cuisine, please do come for a visit! It will be exciting and hopefully be amazed by Indonesians cultures and lifestyle.

I've eaten here two times. It's a nice reminder of home here in London, although some dishes were a bit of a miss. Kambing Cabe Ijo is a hit although it's not as spicy as we thought it'd be, it's quickly remedied by asking for extra sambal. Tongseng, gado-gado, bebek panggang, gulai ikan, nasi goreng kampung and the pisang goreng were our favorites.

I am a big fan of pan Asian, in particular Malaysia, so much so that I have been 3 times so when I was invited to eat at Nusadua I was happy to accept. Nusadua is a Indonesian restaurant in the tourist hot spot on Shaftesbury avenue very close to China town.

The restaurant itself is spacious and also boasts a downstairs area able to cater for around 15 people with a private karaoke station, good for birthdays or other celebrations.

For starters we were recommended to try the mixed platter, which consists of 2 chicken satay sticks, 2 spring rolls and 4 chicken wings.

Hands down this was the best chicken Satay I’ve ever had. Why? They used tender cuts of chicken thigh which is something that I havnt come across, which meant there was more flavour and the texture of the chicken was very soft and almost melt in mouth tender. The peanut sauce that accompanied the satay was fantastic as well.

The spring rolls, at first I thought it was shredded chicken, but it was in fact bamboo with prawns and not too oily. Really nice and you could tell they were fresh made an not processed.
For the main course, I wanted the beef randang, but was convinced to get the popular Kambing Cape Ijo (£8.50) – Lamb chops fried with green chillies and pineapple (with 3 chillies next to it on the menu) These were different to the typical lamb chops I eat at turkish or indian restaurants. They were infused with Indonesian flavours and spice, they were a little on the dry side but where soft and tender, just lacked a little juiciness.

Also ordered the Ayam Masak Sumpu (£7.45) a leg and thigh piece of chicken marinated with coconut milk, oriental herbs and hints of chilli. This came pre-cut which made sharing easy.

I think the portion sizes were a bit too small, i still felt that i had a lot more room for another meal, but as I was being treated to this meal I didn’t want to order extra.

All food is fresh and created on the premises. They can also cater to tastes and preferences, so if you want something spicy and hot, they are happy to do so.

All in all, if you find yourself with friends in the west end then Nusadua is a great choice for some Indonesian food with great flavours and a nice space to relax with friends without getting rushed.

The service is very friendly and has that personal family run style business vibe

All food is halal.

I'm eating around the world without leaving London and this week I had Indonesian food at Nusa Dua. Now Indonesian food is one cuisine I love and can find plenty of back home in Holland. I really miss it being here in London, so I was really happy to hear that this place had opened up in the West End.

Attentive and friendly service. A friend told me about this place where they had hotpot before which was surprising considering this is an Indonesian restaurant, but I liked how they reserved a little area for this to happen. £26.80 per person for an all-you-can eat hotpot buffet was a great deal with an array of unique soup bases and refills on dishes we liked. Our coconut and chicken soup base was delicious and aromatic; the dishes we ordered were great as well, except the lotus root slices.

Best dumplings ever Had a dinner last night at Nusa Dua, just randomly popped in with a friend without any expectations, never been there before. I ordered beef dumplings and they were just perfect. Succulent and tender, they were a great choice on a rainy evening. Will be back there.

The food was amazingly tasty, very rich in taste and the portions were huge and full of big chunks of tasty meat (a rare thing in London). We had the Rendang Daging (beef) and the meat was very tender and juicy and the sauce was very tasty and Gulai Bebek (duck) and it was very creamy and the duck meat was just perfect. We also tried the indonesian tee and it was very refreshing and tasty. We really loved the food here and all the people at the other tables had the hot pot and they seemed to enjoy it very much, will definitely try it the next time we will be there. Disclaimer: I am not an expert at all in indonesian food so I cannot say if the taste is authentic Indonesian or not but I can highly recommend this place for the great taste of food in general :).

This was a great meal that really took from a place of feeling that I appreciate living in London, to wondering if with food like this it might just be one of the best place in the world. I had "set lunch B" ,as pictured, and when I examined the drinks as though I wasn't quite financially capable of drinking £4 extra coconut juice, the waiter kindly assumed to get tap water as standard. To this moment, I'm still unsure whether it was fact that the beef was well cooked and curried like my mum does that quashed my home sickness, or because I have admiration for it that can only be likened to a mother's love. The noodles were a little salty, which could be mediated with either of thw crackers or the vegetables from the soup. Don't quite like tomatoes, how were they to know, and when a quarter of a singular noodle fell on the table, it pained me to know I would not devour it myself. Lastly, they were very catering to both halal and vegetarian diet requirements.

Decent spot for some cheap and cheerful Indonesian food. Atmosphere isn't the greatest and service just okay. Food came out quick and was fairly tasty. We had the ayam bakar (chicken) and rendang daging (beef). Whilst not the best quality or best cooked dishes, they were enjoyable enough for a quick meal.

It’s an Indonesian restaurant that also serves a hotpot buffet! The soup bases are super tasty and made with fresh ingredients (not MSG)! Servings are generous and the staff are helpful and friendly!

Very friendly service and the dishes introduced by the waitress are really good. It’s rare to eat such delicious food in London, our family of five took the kids there twice last week and this afternoon again, the waitress might have recognised us from before and gave the kids free prawn crackers. Definitely will come back!

Was.looking for a halal restaurant in Soho and came across Nusa Dua. I cam honestly say at first I was a bit sceptical as it didn't look very welcoming. To my surprise the food was delicious. My friend and I decided to go for the set menu. This was a 3 course meal. For £25 you get soup, spring rolls, a variety of dishes, rice, and dessert plus a drink. We were served by yuhanis (not sure if I spelt that right 😊) He was very welcoming and very helpful. I can't wait to visit again. If you are looking for a good night, eat as much as you like then I highly recommend you visit.
