Staying locally in Hackney from Australia, thought we would come in here from the presentation of the building out the front. Have had amazing service from our waitress who seems to be running the entire floor. Meatballs are to die for!! Highly recommend this venue!
Pleasant relaxed vibe, cool crowd and good djs after 10. Definitely one of the best places in Hackney.

Great venue never been there before. I was a little hard to find even when ?I was standing outside looking! Good size room with a stage that you can see from anywhere.

First time I'd been here and I would definitely go back! Originally just planned to go to the Boy Kill Boy gig on 25th November but after looking at the food menu online we decided to book a table downstairs beforehand. All of the staff were excellent - security, bar, waiting - and so was the food. I had a steak and my mate had an Oslo burger - both were delicious. Afterwards, we went upstairs for the gig. Again, all the staff were excellent - security, entry, bar. Even though it was pretty busy, we got served quickly at the bar and they served Thatchers Gold! To top it off, Boy Kill Boy were brilliant - hopefully won't be their last ever gig.....

Superb venue and amazing electric atmosphere. My train was late so thought let me have a drink, the best way to wait 😜. Even it was busy but still good service. Bouncers on door & very nice vibes on floor. Even though drinks were not so good but who cares when you having good time.
Visited Oslo to see the band Bell Witch.
The sound quality was incredible, it perfectly captured the bands complex arrangements and setup.
The layout is a bit odd at first, but I think it's great that the upstairs venue area has two entrances, it makes it much easier to find your preferred spot.
There's a bar and restaurant downstairs, and a bar in the venue area upstairs. Any staff I spoke to were friendly and helpful.
It's right next to Hackney Central station so it's easy to access via the Overground.
Great venue, downstairs there's a nicely decorated and very cozy place where you can choose from a wide variety of food and drinks, while upstairs there's a nice little setup for live events. The staff was very friendly as well.
Went to go see a show here. The bar staff were super friendly and the venue is perfect for a show. The bar is directly in the same room as the band performs so you can get a drink without missing any of the action. Would recommend this as a venue for a concert.

We were at Oslo for a concert in the venue on the top floor. This is a great place to see live music. Great sounds and nowhere is far from the stage

An absolutely fantastic venue. Went to the Friday of the Masters of the Riff festival that they hosted and it was a great event. The venue space was great and allowed you to really experience the event and the staff and organisation of the entire event were excellent.

Great venue. Came here to see Siames play on their very first UK tour date. Amazing show, great sound and light team. Bar staff were friendly. Drinks were reasonably priced for the area.

Enjoyable visit for the 'Kansas Smitty's' gig. Great setting & decor in the bar. Beer prices reasonable for London. Dropped one star as the floor was rather sticky in places...apparently after a Halloween party the previous night.
Really lovely venue, food is Japanese and a small variety on the menu, but something for everyone. Lady serving food was really helpful and friendly. Chicken burger was lovely, not a standard chicken burger!
I gave 3 star for customer service as there was two male staff who had a slight attitude-going backwards and forwards with customers over situations that could easily be resolved. Both female bar staff were really accommodating and pleasant and made a good cocktail. Cocktails 2 for 12 pound. Food was 12.50

The downstairs space is large and it's easy to grab drinks and chat with friends. It was a friendly atmosphere overall and good service at all levels (eg. bar, coat check).
It was super easy to head upstairs to the gig and grab drinks from the bar there. I was also so impressed that they had so many female toilets! I'm definitely heading back.
