Loved their whiskey Chocolate cake.
The cake had a mellow texture, the flavours in it was very playful. The whiskey flavour being dominant, mean while Orange flavour fighting with whiskey to dominate. As these flavours try to domaine, a lovely chocolate comes in between to bring in the harmony between Orange and whiskey. It was just sinful.
The best apple pie that I ever ate!!
The almonds and lemon Moon cookies are also a thing you must try, but... The service, oh, it's totally the best.
At the next time I'll be visiting London, I'll drop by first of all because of the excellent service.
A real pleasure!!

An amazing place to satisfy your sweet tooth. #Cake slices or whole - of all sizes - , off the display or customised, muffins, #biscuits and wide selection of #brownies that would make you drool; they even have #vegan brownies ! I tried the salted caramel and they were sinful! They serve coffee and other drinks too. Staff are welcoming, friendly each wearing a beautiful smile. Definite sweet craving / celebration needs destination. The best thing about this branch is strategically located opposite a speciality coffee place which makes it a good combo 😍. Wheelchair accessibility can be improved.
Lovely little hidden gem. After googling and looking for somewhere with nice cakes near by I found here. Cakes galore with loads on display. We had a latte and a brownie each. The cake selection is huge and the staff are lovely and friendly. I would say only downfall is not a lot of seating, mainly 1 large table and also no toilets available for customers. We didn't let this bother us and had a lovely experience here. Latte was lovely and brownies very tasty. Price wise it can vary. For 2 lattes and 2 brownies cost us about £11. I would definitely recommend specially as the selection is plentiful and staff very polite and friendly.
Absolutely delicious cakes and fantastic/professional service. I personally tried the carrot and pistaschio cake and it was heavenly (see picture).
I would highly recommend this cafe/bakery to everyone without hesitation. Too bad their outlets are limited and concentrated in the city.
Great little bakery, friendly staff and exceptional products. I highly recommend the pistachio cake and the butter knot.
I will come back, whenever I'm in the area.
Do yourself a favor and grab the salted caramel brownie
the two girls working were amazing and very helpful when we asked for directions and where to buy certain things in london. as well as delicious food
Spotted this in the area.
Lemon chiffon cake sounded incredible, and the icing is UNBELIEVABLE. The sponge itself was just okay.
Brownies are super and VERY rich. The Curly Wurly Brownie warmed in microwave was lovely.
Shop attendant very helpful and pleasant.
A sweet little cafe both figuratively and literally. Coffee is good and they cakes are lovely (I don't even like cakes).
The cafe is small but has a wide selection of cakes and pastries to choose from. You can order cakes for events and have them personalised too.
The cafe is small but has some seating inside. There are tables outside too which is nice in good weather.
The staff are all very friendly.
Well worth a look in if you are in the area.
It is wheelchair accessible to get in with a big wide door, but has no toilet facilities.
Service with a smile. I visited the Grays Inn Road store this week and it was a really great experience. On arrival, all 3 members of staff greeted me with enthusiasm and a smile (which you won’t find is the case in many places).
The size of the cake I wanted wasn’t on display, so a staff member went and got it from the back, without prompting. I was asked if I had far to go, so the cake could be double-bagged if needed. The staff member came around the counter so he could open the door for me on the way out. Everyone was really helpful.
My colleagues enjoyed the Curly Whirly cake very much.
Delicious cake - the Noisette, it was much larger than I thought (the second smallest size). Excellent customer service at Holborn. They event waited for me to collect the cake after they'd been closed. Super lovely experience and I'll be back for another special occasion :)
We used Konditor for our small wedding of 20 people and they were very helpful, suggesting a small cute 2 tier lemon cake and we also bought additional brownies and other biscuits. Wedding cakes can be extortionate so very pleased we didn't go for a wedding cake bakery. So glad went for the always reliable Konditor.

I've bought cakes from this shop on many occasions. Once I needed an emergency birthday cake and went straight there! They saved the day.
The cakes are delicious and they never last long, by that I mean they get eaten really fast.
One issue though is that there are loads of delicious looking things tempting you in this shop, so you need a will of steel.
Went there with my partner looking for some tasty cakes to eat. We definitely found what we were looking for!
They have a large selection to choose from, including four types of brownies. These range from your general brownie to a cranberry one, which I had. If you're not sure, you have the possibility to test the general brownie as they have testers on the side. They also have a great lemon mereinge tart. Also if you want to buy a full cake, they have a large selection of cakes that would fit any occasion.
Definitely recommend.
I love love love their cakes! The curly whirly is my favourite cake in London and their brownies are some of the best I've ever tried! This place is addictive. For anyone who's after something less heavy their citrus carrot cake is a must-try!
Had our wedding cake made here and delivered the morning of the wedding. It was brilliant, tasted delicious and was well packaged for delivery. Thanks!
