First time coming. Very welcoming staff and atmosphere. The people creating the burritos were very patient, despite my slow responses. Great food!
Very yummy! The prices were very good we got two burritos and two chips and salsa for only 20. The place was neat inside and the staff were friendly. We got takeout and the service was quick. Overall great restaurant!
Great experience, the food was amazing and so the service and everything else.
If I was to suggest anything maybe it would be to get a burrito instead of the tres tacos, which were a bit small. The burrito on the other hand was very large and very delicious as well.

Decent ingredients, I especially loved guacamole. Chicken bits were juicy and everything went well together.
I chose a take out option and honestly I’m pretty happy with the packaging too. It wasn’t soaked at the end of my journey home, but that could be also because, fortunately, the food itself did not release any juice.
Overall an enjoyable experience.

I wasn’t sure what to order as it was my first time coming to the restaurant but the customer service was really friendly and informative. Niobe explained to me the different options and was patient and the food was amazing. Definitely recommend!
Helly is the best person I have been served by in a long while. Her warm and welcoming attitude made not only my dining experience, but my day. She was smiling and greeting everyone who entered and left the restaurant.
It was so lovely to meet her, it’s rare to find people like her these days!
I would recommend anyone to come to Tortilla just to meet her, she will make you feel at home.

I really enjoyed my burrito. Staff were friendly. I’ve marked down to 4 due to price, especially having to pay £1.30 extra for Guacamole which feels like an expected ingredient in a burrito
