I go to the Kingly street deli every day for lunch. Great quality and taste. The staff are always friendly and the service is good. Their Pad Thai salad is the best.

Delicious healthy food in this Soho spot. Great for grabbing lunch on my break. The miso kale and aubergine salad is amazing, and the beetroot brownies are delicious!

Love this whole concept! Really nice, open, clean space with perfect healthy food for all. They are very clear about what goes into everything on the menu, so all dietary requirements are catered for. Food is fresh, tasty and packed with goodness. Great for lunch or coffee, well priced too.

It’s been an unusually indulgent week, which culminated in a massive cheese fest for dinner the other night at St Moritz, my favourite Swiss restaurant this side of Zurich. So come weekend I was more than ready for a detox. Thankfully for the new health-conscious wave in London, this no longer implies a bowl of bland lettuce leaves with a measly serving of cucumbers and tomatoes… And I found just the reprieve I needed among the bustle of Kingly Court, the three-storey foodie haven in Carnaby Street.

Now I usually live by a simple a mantra on Sundays: brunch. But as appealing as the thought always is of poached eggs dripping down English muffins with lashings of hollandaise, on this occasion I was definitely in need of a lighter alternative. The egg wrap stuffed with hummus, spinach and avocado at the Detox Kitchen hit the spot perfectly.

There was no passing up on the attractive array of fresh and seasonal salads either and I went for a combination of everything on offer. Each was heavenly, but the smoky paprika flavours of the squash and peppers particularly stood out, as did the herby mix of quinoa, peas, edamame beans and pumpkin seeds with basil, parsley, mint and pesto.

It was a surprisingly filling meal and we almost didn’t have room for dessert. Almost. The Kitchen proves that sweet treats free from wheat, dairy and refined sugar can be a delectable affair. The raw cacao slices made with ground almonds and dates had a nuttier texture than regular brownies, while the goji berries and coconut chips on top added another layer of flavour.

The matcha lattes with cinnamon were the highlight though. We chose to have ours with brown rice milk, which lent a sweet undertone transforming our afternoon coffee into a liquid pudding. Just the pick-me-up we needed.

The Detox Kitchen is located on Kingly Street that serves deliciously healthy food for the health conscious and eat well customers. Prepared fresh on the day and detox friendly meals. On this fine, grey morning I met up with Ellie from the Young Domestic Goddess for a quick catch up over breakfast and whilst we made that appointment on the spot I was still in bed! I have never been to The Detox Kitchen before but anywhere and anything that is colourful already feeds my eyes! What better way to start the morning with a healthy kick of goodness with chicken, pine nuts low carb salad with a green and lean smoothie whilst Ellie had the green smoothie with beetroot cake (yes it's beetroot, it's not chocolate!). If I had a bigger appetite I would have tried a bit of everything; the aubergine with pomegranate looked soooo delicious...I will be coming back for that another day. The Detox Kitchen delivers too, we know how Londoners don't have a lot of time for a lunch break or spend 10 minutes eating our breakfast; so they do food deliveries too. May x

I payed for the carrot cake and salad and fish about 10,50 euros. Just I expected hot food:) outside it’s freezing so I don’t like that much cold fish. But anyway all food is healthy + dairy free. Desserts are sugar/dairy/gluten free🔥 Pretty tasty.

I had 2 salad + protein which was more than enough for a meal. The price is a bit more than what I would pay for but considering the area, it was expected. It was really delicious and healthy. The place is small but most people who come in buy for take out, so there was space even during lunch. Loved the food!

I spend my wages in this shop on healthy smoothies. The people in there are smiley happy people (to quote REM) and the coffee is decent too.

Delicious food with healthy options. However, at the end of the day they don’t have much food left.

My ultimate favourite place to go at lunch time, everyone there is so kind and helpful and the salads are delicious. I can fully understand why the detox kitchen has reputable name, it is good, well sourced food that makes you feel inevitably detoxed and perfect for lunch. Make sure you go earlier rather than later as all the salads get snapped up!

Great place for quick healthy food. Plenty of choice for salads, all freshly made, you can add protein items like salmon and chicken to make your meal exactly how you want. Very helpful and friendly staff. Busy, which is always a good sign. You can eat in or take away, quite small, so need luck to get a seat.

I went to the Detox Kitchen shortly after its opening based on a recommendation. I only had smoothie but all the salads laid out on the counter looked absolutely amazing and healthy. This is a great lunch alternative for those who work in the Soho. I would love to go back but I find the weekend and evening opening times make it difficult for a quick stop after the gym.

Such healthy, nutricious food that leaves you feeling full and satisfied whilst also being delicious and served by lovely staff. However, the food is a bit expensive and there isn't a lot of seating inside so if it's really busy or if the weather isn't great it can get tough. There is a wide range of vegan foods from main meals such as salads and soup to deserts such as brownies and smoothies.

Love this spot! They do delicious looking salads and tasty smoothies (I had the green one with avocado and Coyo). Wonderful bright setting for sitting in, and they do food delivery services too.
