Food, ambience and drinks were all a delight. We had the wine pairing and the tempura sardines in addition to the fixed menu.

A fab restaurant with a great atmosphere. We had the chef's banquet with the wine pairing. All the food was freshly prepared and very tasty. The wines were all natural -no hangover the next morning. The staff were friendly and efficient. Good value for the quality.

Food was great but the welcome was cool and borderline unfriendly. It was bizarre since there were few guests (we were an early booking) but I certainly didn't feel confortable or welcome - smiles are free. I would otherwise have gone back as I enjoyed the food, but I am not sure I will.
The owner is totally amazing - chef, server, everything. How she cooked everything to perfection while serving the whole restaurant with perfect timing and a friendly approach is beyond me. Simply marvellous. Loved the whole menu.
Great place for Aussie/Greek food, leaning more towards the Greek side. We went there for a special event and all the dishes were delicious. We had the first dolmades that we’ve enjoyed and they had some really interesting combinations that worked such as chicken liver parfait with a hot cross bun.
We had such a great time at Wander last night. Incredible food and amazing service. Stand out dishes for me were the potato and pecorino stuffed zucchini flower and goats curd cappalletti. Really lovely atmosphere and great wine menu. Thanks to Alexis and her team for having us and making our night
Delicious food with inventive but perfectly balanced flavours. We visited at a time when the only menu is the chef's banquet with a few optional sides and everything was very tasty. Nicely considered wines too, and very reasonably priced

It is a local gem and very sad to see it closing down this year. I will miss my supply of Aussie goods and yummy food and well selected wines. If you can book now and enjoy an evening in Wander before it is no longer.
Great staff, inventive food and a low key interior. Lots of space on a table for two which makes a change. Went on the week of Chinese New year which meant a CNY inspire menu. The prawn toast, bao and wanton were fantastic ; the chickens feet weren't for me, texturally, the sauce was immense though.
New independent restaurant managed by a young and promising Australian chef!
