It's our first time to eat here. We went for breakfast and ordered carrot and chocolate muffin, cinnamon bread and hot chocolate drink.
Items were reasonably priced and the place has a good atmosphere.
Food tasted great, the muffins and the hot chocolate were not too sweet which I like.
They have a bathroom as well which is a plus.
Very good bakery and reasonably priced. The teas are good but there could be a better use of space with more seating. Having people hover over you while you eat is not pleasant. The choice is wide and varied with sandwiches and sausage rolls but the greatest choice is the cakes and buns. So much choice that you might order one of everything just to try it all. I had the walnut whip which was so tasty. The Bavarian sausage roll was nice and the tea was lovely. As before the seating was weird, when you are sat eating and people are hovering waiting for you to finish is quite off putting but I suppose because of where it is located that might be why.
Please go though, you will not be disappointed in any way with the food and drinks they have such a wide choice.
Quite good coffee (flat white and latte). The croissant was buttery and flaky, the mushroom and truffle spandeur was delicious with lovely chunks of mushrooms and strong truffle flavors. The staff were friendly and attentive for 07:30 on a Sunday morning.

I loved it. It was very chewy and soft.
There is a long queue and people were waiting for their takeaway drinks. I was only having the bread so I got mine straightaway.
Crispy and tasty pastries and the service was great. Staff were polite and helped me pick out pastries based on my preferences and their recommendations.
I know I can always have delicious food! :) Cinnamon Social, Cinnamon Swirl, Sandwich, Dessert and more! Absolutely delicious. :)
Its a bit disorganized looking at first but something had me coming back to three locations over and over so my tastebuds obviously like this place allot. Don’t assumed you’ll get a seat and or you order correct. You might have to wipe down your own table but that didn’t stop us from eating here 5 days in a row even tho we had a hotel breakfast. The guacamole with poached egg is delicious as well and the tuna melt and finally the blueberry muffins 🤤🤤🤤. Oh and there was an incident with an addict but they got rid of her pretty quick. Still they deserve 4 stars. Go figure. Hope y’all enjoy.
I had an incredible experience at your cafe coffee shop. The customer service was top-notch and truly stood out. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with genuine warmth and a welcoming smile. The staff a man called Sully was attentive and eager to assist with any questions I had about the menu.
What impressed me the most was the personalized attention I received. The baristas took the time to recommend their specialties based on my preferences, and their recommendations turned out to be absolutely delightful.
The coffee shop is located in the city center, with convenient transportation. The interior is simple, bright, and comfortable. The staff are friendly and attentive. The coffee is of high quality, with a rich and mellow flavor. I always order a cup of coffee with a piece of cake or dessert.
I like to work in this coffee shop because the environment is quiet and conducive to concentration. I also like to chat with friends here because the atmosphere is relaxed and enjoyable.
Overall, I really like this coffee shop. It is a great coffee shop and I will continue to patronize it.
The only downside is that the latte does not have a latte art. Latte art is a technique of creating patterns on the surface of coffee, which requires some practice to master. I hope that the staff can continue to learn latte art and I hope that they can make me a latte with latte art next time.

I tasted a coffee in that store and decided to buy the whole package. Simply excellent!
Went at the end of what looked like a busy Sunday. Sadly the staff member who served us lacked adequate customer service. We asked for cake but what the showed us they had didn't actually reflect what they really had as we saw several more cakes in the window as we left. That said it was tea we really wanted.
Tables were dirty but the place was full. So I do understand staff capacity and when we asked for ours to be cleaned it was immediately.
Very handy location near Tottenham Court Road Station and I would say this is a stand out eatery amongst rather more popular chains.
Food looked nice and my friend said his pastry and coffee was tasty that he'd had from there that morning.
I am writing to express my heartfelt appreciation for the outstanding management at your coffee shop, I have consistently experienced a level of service that goes above and beyond making my visits truly enjoyable.
I was greeted and you have so many variety of lovely bread and I wasn't sure, I need it help and the manager Audra did explain all, exceptional customer service ... I left with Chia loaf and my children enjoyed so much I only knew I'm providing them something healthy, I'm definitely coming back.

Amazing bakery with mouth-watering pastries, cakes and sandwiches. Their coffees are strong and smooth. Plenty of seating inside. Quite pricey (Flat white £2.90 to take away or £3.00 to drink in). They often have samples on the counter, which is very helpful, especially if not sure what to order, as everything looks yummy.

The best cinnamon slices in London! The staff are so friendly and go above and beyond. There was one man in particular but unfortunately I cannot remember his name. I had a really positive experience in their Tottenham Court Road store and will definitely be going back.
