It was my first time going to Charlottes place. The service was good, the food is fantastic. Although we only had the blue cheese board and the chicken liver pate with a glass of vino.
It’s a little over priced and there a little stingy on the glass of wine, it was very small. The ambience and overall service was good and willl go back again.
One of the nicest places I've ever been for brunch. The restaurant was outstanding - felt like I was abroad eventhough it was raining slightly too. Service was amazing, everyone was so smiley and welcoming! Food was delicious - I will definitely be returning at some point soon, despite living quite a bit a way from Ealing! Kate x

We held a fundraiser party for our school at W5 and it was fantastic: everyone commented on the quality of the food and service. Our sea bass ceviche was so tasty and pretty and the chicken and couscous meal moist and delicious. The staff were awesome on the night and big thanks to Nefeli who ran the night so well. We would definitely look to running that event again.
A delightful addition to new Dickens Yard development in Ealing, boasting very spacious dining halls with a very kind and attentive service. Had a very pleasurable pollock lunch, delicious with stylish presentation. Warm recommendation

We have the space, flexibility and hospitality to look after you for anything at any time; from 8am to 11.30pm every day. So say the folk at Charlotte’s W5. Since one of last year’s best and unexpected treats was lunch at Charlotte’s Place I was curious to find out how they fared. Charlotte’s are a small group of local eateries owned by Alex Wreetham. I’m sure every one of them would become firm favourites if I happened to live in West London still. Instead I’ve moved South of the River and going West is something of an excursion. Worth it though, to find W5 kitchen, the latest member of Charlotte’s group.
Great food, friendly staff. Great balance of flavours, everything was lovely. Good selection of drinks, food and nice setting. Salad dressing was at the bottom so didn't get any on the first few bites but once I found it complimented the other flavours well.
Best whiskey cocktail I have had in London. My personal fav since my first visit has been "ain't afraid of the dark". It's a smokey peat scotch based cocktail and will leave super smooth notes of peat in your mouth. Highly recommend and while you are at the bar you might want to try their fat chips...super unhealthy, super delicious!! Very polite and great staff and a good ambience too...
Cocktails are spot on. Try the lemon one with sea water, never fails to impress. Good quality beef for the Sunday Roast as well. I recommend the tables by the bar, it's a glasshouse but the heaters are on and you wont feel the cold at all. Very good service staff too.
Beautifully restored stable building with glam interior. Great for brunch, a coffee or a romantic meal. Friendly for kids but doesn't overly cater for them. Gin tastings once a month include a free drink.
The restaraunt has an excellent atmosphere with a spacious interior. The food is good, as one would expect with the prices, with deceptive portion sizes that look small, but can really be hard to finish. Our waitress Salma really went the extra mile for good service, and all of the other staff were polite and helpful across the board.
Food well cooked and presented, it is pricey. For £9 the lettuce said is disappointing, but the more complex dishes are done well. Extensive beer and wine menu
Absolutely love this place! I've been going from the day they open their door. They have updated their menu a few times now. Every dish is delicious and staff are great! Will definitely keep going back.

Brunch was amaaazing, poached eggs and French toast were perfect and I could’ve not asked for a better coffee. Super friendly staff. Definitely one of the favorite restaurants in Ealing!
I've been to Charlotte's a few times now. It's nice to find a place in Ealing which has outdoor seating. The food is good however the service can be slow especially when you are sitting outside it's hard to grab the attention of the staff when they are inside. It is one of the more expensive locations in Ealing.
The food was excellent I am looking forwards to the dessert which I have not chosen yet
Lovely food and a nice place to have a business lunch but could do with some changes to reflect the price.
The overall experience was great. The service excellent. The restaurant very cozy. Just a small problem with the salad on the steak.
