Coming from the states we have been hitting up a lot of the pubs and this one was by far our favorite. So authentic with tasty drafts and flavorful food. Everyone at home who have been to the U.K. kept going on about how we wouldn't like the food. They must not have gone here because we quite enjoyed it.

Great watering hole close to some of London's top tourist spots like the Churchill war rooms. You might also spot a politician or two!

Great atmosphere and service, but the beer on tap could have been a bit colder. It has that typical London pub vibe that we all love, but beware, fellow vegetarians: there are not many options (which is the norm for a pub). I will definitely visit once again!

Delicious food. Great staff. Best food we had in London surprisingly! Warm and inviting atmosphere downstairs to eat. Sid served us and was awesome! Stopped by before and after Westminster Abby tour, the steak and ale pie blew our socks off!

an awesome place! Britain’s Oldest brewery, wow. Came in for fish and chips and a pint, but unfortunately missed mealtime. Bartender was fabulous and super personable. I asked for something along a Guinness, but not. He said that’s it, but suggested a drangonfire English ale, which I loved. I mean, just look at the place, it has so much charm!

We found the Westminster Arms on the way back to our hotel. Staff were friendly when we enquired whether they were still serving food. We went downstairs and we were quickly served. We had the beef and ale pie with veg and the vegan/veggie burger with chips, bread and butter pudding with custard and apple pie and custard. Food was served piping hot and the portions were decent. The veggie burger was really tasty which makes a nice change. We cleared our plates. We followed up with some drinks and all in all left the pub with happy stomachs. We liked the small wooden booths, which gave a bit of privacy to relax and natter.

Super historic pub tucked away across the road from Westminster Abbey and The Queen Elizabeth conference centre. Drop in for a great selection of drinks and beer on draught.

We attended this pub by chance when we were walking around London central during remembrance weekend and some roads were closed. I found this pub using Google maps and noticed maybe a 100 veterans drinking inside and outside on the street. It's a real old style London boozer with some great ales. Due to the vast number of customers we stood outside in the street drinking ales and beers. I would definitely visit this pub again when we are in London central again. We were made to feel welcome by the staff and the veterans in attendance

Despite its proximity to Westminster Abbey, this very traditional London pub isn’t too full of tourists; a few, but also popular with locals and after work drinkers. A Shepherds Neame pub serving all of their ales, including well kept Master Brew. Staff were reasonably welcoming but not overly so. There are better pubs nearby but also far worse ones. A decent option if in the area.

I was there with others for liquid refreshments after attending the Thanksgiving service of Admiral of the Fleet the Lord Boyce KG CCB OBE at Westminster Abbey. I met some amazing people who had served with him in many walks of life. The staff were friendly and accommodating when the Submarine fleet and others rolled in on mass.

Lovely old pub, where I worked 30 years ago and now revisited. Went in for a swift half, only to find that the street level bar hadn't changed at all, just as it should be. It's a standing bar, seating is avaliable downstairs if you're there to eat. I think it opens up to drinkers in the evening.

Absolutely amazing, characterful pub with a hilarious, very dry barman. We were made to feel very welcome on a Friday evening. The barman asked for ID which made my day as I'm nearly 50 😂 Partner said the beer was good- I'm a vodka chick. We stood outside as quite busy inside. We will definitely return.

Great pub food and a lively atmosphere. Closed a little early for my liking (about 6pm). There are decent Shepherd Neame ales at the ground floor bar, but if eating upstairs the selection narrows considerably. Staff were polite and friendly. I had a pretty good fish and chips. Nice large cod and chunky chips with a tiny bowl of pointless peas. I'd go there again, definitely.

Very classic-feel pub with a bunch of history behind it. Food is excellent - tends to be packed after work but I can see why!

Have stopped into Westminster Arms multiples times for a couple of pints with friends after nearby tours. It's a small but charming, friendly pub that's worth a stop!
