lovely unique blue sky matcha latte (w/ vanilla shot), good selection of pastries
Very nice gentleman who served us. Clean, most important ! Didn't like the dogs, luckily they were with owners for take out.
Definitely will go again.
Beautifully creamy Cappuccino, delivered with delightful customer service & a very convenient location on East Finchley High Road.
This coffee shop offers a wonderful collection of coffees, with different selections of milk & also edibles.
A lot bigger than first imagined looking from the outside, has plenty of indoor seating and a wonderful section outside.
5* Would recommend on overall experience 👍🏼
It's so nice when you find a regular coffee spot and this place is an absolute gem located right in the heart of East Finchley. I come here nearly every week with my co-writer to have a cuppa and a scribble. The staff are super friendly and really get to know their customers - we both now have 'the usual' but one time we arrived and they already had the hot drinks prepared and waiting for us. The drinks are lush and the food - in particular the heated croissants and scones - are gorgeous so do pop into the Bank!
I’ve been here a few times and it’s great. Loose leaf tea and nice fresh food.
My only criticism is the table layout and atmosphere.
Despite Coffee Bank having better food and drink, I find myself favouring nearby Caffè Nero because they have more comfy seats, better layout and nicer atmosphere that makes me want to stay longer and order more.
I hope the owners consider re-thinking it because it’s not right that Caffè Nero is always full and Coffee Bank always empty (that I’ve seen)
Originally, the place is a bank but last May it transformed into a cafe, which gave the inspiration of their name: Coffee Bank.

Seating: They have about 30 seats inside with square tables and chairs, sofas and bar stools. And they have outdoor seats.
Charging Spots: Yes
Bathroom: One for Unisex
Ambience: Located in the high street, it is busy, especially lunch time, and if you sit in the outdoor area, you can feel the bustling atmosphete. The interior design is very rustic with combination of timbers and old style furniture. Many laptoppers work here.
Staff Friendliness: Very enthusiastic, friendly and efficient.
Cost:
Coffee £1.8-£2.9
Tea £2.15-£3.1
Sandwiches £5.5-£6.5
Pastries £1.8-£3.0
Something Special About the Cafe:
(1) The internet speed is amazing.
(2) Their food are handmade by themselves and can be pre-ordered in Deliveroo.
Problems:
The glass window is not big and there is a timber fence in the front of the window, which is the outdoor seating area, so the natural light is kind of blocked.
Went in on their first day and was not disappointed! Amazing coffee - best in East Finchley now! And the vegan blueberry cake was a delicious surprise 🍰
We love this place. The staff is amazing, the food is excellent, and it is very family-friendly as well. I really recommend it.
Nice, artisan caffè latte. The food was okay but the portion was slightly smaller than other brunch places at similar prices in the neighbourhood.
There wasn't that many options for vegan food but what they did have was delicious. Some of the tastiest vegan pancakes I've had in a while.
Really nice atmosphere and the food was well prepared! Hugely impressed considering it was my first time going. The staff where very attentive, charmable and really knew the meaning of great customer service! l will certainly be coming back 👍🏾☺️😁
I walk by here often but never went in, usually going past to a large chain. Today it's lovely out so stopped here for coffee and sunshine. Great atmosphere and inside, lovely service and the food looked fantastic.
A chill quite place, very friendly staff. Amazing drinks and a good selection of food :)
Absolute gem in the middle of East Finchley, as good for having a coffee with my children as writing wonderful, gruesome horror stories in what I call a living. Also great for take out and by Zeus, they do a Turkish Delight hot chocolate so if there's a void you're looking to fill in your day, life or caffeine intake, come here! Plus, they killed a bank to make a cuppa, so, well, you know what to do.
First day nerves showed but the staff tem is very friendly and enthusiastic. The food and drink were superb. My son had sausages and they are 'white' so don't be surprised if they look uncooked!
