Here we are in Brixton, sat in the window of Parissi, people watching and enjoying a slice of Greece! Highly recommend trying it. The food served was so delicious and all home made by the wonderful Spyros and his friendly team. The bubbly brought to our table hit the spot!! Perfect place to celebrate a special birthday occasion!
Parissi's smoked salmon weekend special is the best brunch ever
Lovely place lovely people, amazing food and cakes, definetely the best coffee in brixton!
Best cafe I've ever been to. Brunch is amazing and food is freshly cooked/baked/prepared in house. Staff are very friendly and atmosphere is great.
I love this little cafe. The coffee is great especially the cortado, all the bakery looks lush, I've tried the sandwich with fennel and cured meat it's fab, I think the owner does his own baking cause the bread is amazing. The atmosphere is so chilled and they have wifi. The team are very friendly and welcoming.
What can I say? Simply perfect and pampering.
Spyros and his team are unique. They're friendly, personable, talented with a passionate focus on quality and working with the local community. They are an inspiration. Delicious food and excellent cocktails served in a cosy, well designed space. They deserve every success. We keep going back for more! I look forward to the music nights.
I just can't get enough of this place! Every thing is yummy and perfect!
Such a cute place. Amazing atmosphere. Great food and beautiful people.
Cosy & intimate venue, lovely LOVELY team, great music and scrumptious food. We celebrated a birthday here and Spyros, Nilson and Rosario made sure everyone was happy and everything was perfect. Parissi also has a warm international feel, making it all the more special :)
Beautiful cafe with amazing people behind the bar and delicious treats!
Unique and cosy! All we need in Brixton ;)
This is a lovely new cafe and a welcome addition to Railton road in Brixton. The interior decor is great and the cafe has a relaxed vibe where patrons are welcome to relax as long as they like. The coffee is Allpress and consistently well made. I tend to have coffee and lunch at Parissi so can't comment on their evening menu however the lunch fare is fresh, Mediterranean inspired and delicious. The owner is great cook and makes liberal use of fresh herbs seasonal veg in the menu. If you're in the area, definitely worth a visit.
Had a very pleasant al fresco meal at Parissi last night. Friendly welcome to the inviting and relaxing interior of the restaurant / cafe and as a warm evening asked to sit outside. To the rear they have set up a few tables in the car park. The food was freshly prepared and excellent combination of tasty cold cuts and cheeses on the mezze platter. A fantastic bottle of chilled white wine from the Wine Parlour up the road contributed to the overall experience. Parissi will be added to our list of Brixton dining options.
We ordered lemon & pistachio cake, greek-style egg pie and cheesecake. All are great and delicious! I also tried Cappuccino, it’s a bit acidic, sweet and strong in taste. Would definitely come again. The garden seating area is amazing under the sunlight!
A great place to have brunch with a large open terrace at the back. A little more expensive than equivalent places in nearby Brixton market but more than made up for it with the quality, freshness and portion sizes of the food. The staff were friendly but a little lost initially as we had to seat ourselves and ask for a menu. Overall though I would definitely recommend.
It is a very good place to get some fresh & tasty food in a cosy atmosphere in Brixton.
My daughter and i, ordered some avocado on toast and the salmon special. It was absolutely delicious!
Thanks to my friend Mo' for having brought us there. 🥰👌🏼✨️
Hands down our favourite neighbourhood cafe! The cakes and pastries are exquisite and some of the best in London in my opinion. The brunch selection is also great, good quality and hearty food made with great care and attention to details. We really love coming to Parissi!
Amazing, in every way absolutely amazing
We stopped by whilst walking across london, initially just for a coffee but ended stopping for lunch and a cake
The food was all gorgeous, brilliantly prepared and presented, I have not had such tasty food in a long time
The outdoor seating on a sunny day with the well selected playlist, genuinely transports you away from the stresses of London and was definitely a welcome respite
We’ve had takeaway pastries from here which were amazing (halva croissant) so we decided to come back for brunch. The frittata (vegetarian) was amazing and the staff were lovely.
Very lovely place.
Chairs in the garden can be improved if you can have cushions on them. Not docking points for that though. They have nice staff. Good lime & grapefruit juice. Great aubergine breakfast dish and last but not least they really do the best Basque cheesecake! One of a kind really!
Really enjoyed my lunch at PARISSI, the vibe was great and the baked eggs are to die for!! Will be making sure to book the garden next time as it looked lovely out there.
Outstanding food. Tucked away cafe in Brixton with nice outside seating area at the back. Had a brilliant layered vegetable frittata and a selection of side salads. Really enjoyed and will visit again!
Tantalising and unique dishes that are created with passion and skill.
Try the croissant with halva it's out of this world!!!
Or the deliciously balanced fritatta
OMG an explosion of flavours!
Absolutely amazing place. I would class it as a London attraction🤩
This is a gem! 10/10
Was slightly disappointed. The place was busy so service was manic/nonexistent and I felt like I needed to get a service charge since I did all the walking around to get my menu, place the order, clear the table, etc. Food is good but I’d try going when it’s not that busy. I would have loved some butter for my toast but I knew that would take a half hour once I asked for it.
Had a brunch here at the weekend. Very popular - lots going on. Plenty of staff, pleasant and attentive as required. Food was sufficient (poached eggs on sourdough) although I asked for a side of mushrooms which was not available. Oatmilk latte was acceptable. Ambience buzzy. There’s an outside space that looks comfortable.
An extra attendant by a rather beautiful tomcat that swaggers through the cafe unannounced which is a delight 🙂
Yuuuuuum! This cafe is an absolute delight! Had a brunch here that was just outstanding. Also great value takeaway toasted sandwiches and pastries. Coffee is 11/10. Bonus: They have a super cute outdoor area!
Tasty brunch. Well presented. Nice outside area at the back.
Slightly on the pricey side. £20.50 inc service for (small amount of) salmon on toast with a latte. Coffee served too hot (burnt taste).
The food here was fantastic, fresh & full of flavour with amazing cakes and pastries. Be aware kitchen closes at 3pm. We were lucky, although we arrived before 3, staff didn't tell us until we tried to order (by that point in was 3.03) that the kitchen was closing, however the kitchen was very kind and let us put our order through anyway! I'd definitely return for take out, but service wasn't worth it.
My second visit today. This place is truly lovely, from the staff, to the food and the ambiance. My go to place for good food, pastries, cakes and amazing coffee
==========
Absolutely amazing. Good food, great coffee and delicious cakes to die for. The only place to eat in Brixton
I had only brought some take way cakes previously, hungry in Brixton and not fancying the madness of the Markets, Parissi was my choice for lunch. And not disappointed. I’m on a healthy ish kick at the moment and went for an Italian Fennel Sausage Frittata with some cold roasted potatoes and a mixed bean salad and it was just perfect. Just big enough portions to fill most of us but not too much you struggle to eat. Very colourful on the plate to.
What I did love was the atmosphere, very relaxed, friendly and when I asked if I could take some pictures very passionate about the food and service they offer. Highly recommended, a sanctuary of peace in bustling Brixton!

A lovely gem in Brixton with a cute seating area out the back, a great selection of delicious brunch options that are different from the standard brunch options and lots of fresh cakes which I was too full to try this time but I will definitely return to try. Lovely fresh orange juice and great coffee!
