This place was an absolute delight. Love the idea of pop up restaurant and being in someone's front room. The food was out of this world delicious. The chef Sonia was absolutely gorgeous and a spectacular chef. Emma the waitress and Sonia's daughter were lovely. Fab service. Really can't rate this place enough. Highly recommend a visit. Will be taking more friends before Christmas. Thanks ladies. Was a super evening xx

I’d heard great things, but being gluten, dairy, sugar, yeast intolerant I never get my hopes too high when eating out. Amazing. The only place in 5 years since I’ve been sugar free where I had starter, main course, pudding, truffles and fresh gluten free bread. Everything was delicious, my plate looked as exciting as everyone else’s. I’m going back....

We visited the Blue Room for the first time last Saturday and had the best meal we have had for a very long time. Every course was exquisitely presented, and (more importantly!) tasted as good as it looked. The squid (starter) and beef fillet (main) were melt-in-the-mouth tender, and I was glad I still had a small amount of room for the choux bun that followed (which made us both realise we have never actually tasted good choux pastry before!) Fantastic value for money, and we will definitely be back!

Sonia and her team serve up without a doubt the best fine dining experience in SE London. Her food is exquisite, beautiful and perfect. The service is friendly and professional. To be able to eat Michelin quality food on our doorstep is an absolute treat. You won't be disappointed.

Visited for dinner last night having previously eaten Sonia's delicious food at an event she catered. I wasn't entirely sure what to expect but we had the loveliest tim, with some of the best food I've eaten in ages. The cooking was flawless and the service and hospitality throughout the evening was fabulous. Such good value as well - although it is fine dining, the portions are generous and you get lots of little extras. Thanks Sonia and team for a wonderful evening.

Dinner is someone's front room is novel. But this wasn't just dinner. It was a culinary journey which kept on giving. A warm friendly welcome went on to a delicious chicken liver parfait, then the tastiest and most tender piece of Spring lamb I've EVER had. I don't know what chef Sonia Williams did to it but she should bottle it and sell it, lots of it. My meal ended with a chocolate and fruit delight thing with a rich chocolate sauce. But the real hit was a coconut frozen mouse which I happily assisted my wife with! And throughout there was loads of service with a smile, albeit a bit blue! Can't recommend more.

By far, some of the best food I have had! We had a lovely evening, the atmosphere and vibe was amazing. The food is exactly what you would get from a 5* restuarant. I would recommend The Blue room to anyone looking for a nice quiet, relaxed evening with amazing food!

A very unique dining experience. I visited the Blue Room not know what to expect and left feeling very impressed as well as stuffed! Although the portions were a bit on the huge side, Sonia's presentation and delivery rivalled any well known fine dining restaurant. A bit Come Dine With Me meets five star restaurant. The atmosphere was very warm and welcoming and the guests were encouraged to interact with each other which made for some marvellous and interesting conversation and worked well in the cosy confines of the room. I would definitely recommend you visit at least once!

All I can say is WOW! Dining at The Blue Room on Friday 16th March '18 surpassed all expectations - the warm welcome, each course - which was amazing by the way and the surroundings just made the dining experience a fabulous one. I'm already thinking that this will be my monthly treat....because I need to checkout next month's menu! The Blue Room is highly highly recommended! Sonia, thank you see you soon!

The food at The Blue Room is OUTSTANDING. I cannot fault the food, service and friendliness of this little gold nugget tucked away in deepest south east London. I very much appreciated when Sonia came to our table and explained what were the dishes in front of us. I was especially impressed with the pumpkin soup starter; absolutely scrumptious. Make sure you book your place. Relax.......and enjoy fine dining.😊

Well what can I say? I was invited to dine at this very exquisite and original boutique restaurant by it's executive chef, Sonia. It was her night off but the delicacies served were very typical of this must reserve dining establishment. The menu consisted of: Roasted tomato & aubergine pasta shells with charred goats cheese and deep fried rocket. Ribeye steak & homemade chips, roasted mushrooms, garlic spinach, onion rings & peppercorn & tarragon sauce Dessert plate of bay leaf pannacotta, rhubarb & hibiscus sorbet, chocolate cremeux, white chocolate fudge, candied pistachio & cocoa crumbs! Now how does all that sound? I call tell you that the food was Outstanding (with a capital O). Too much food to rate each dish individually but no more words needed other than 5* 😋

It is indeed the best jerk if you fancy a change on Sundays! Awesome fine dining on Fridays and Saturdays as well. A must try for great food and atmosphere. Bring your own booze and reserve in advance for a wonderful experience.

We have never been disappointed by the beautiful food at The Blue Room, by master chef Sonia and her dedicated team. We’ve had evening meals at the blue room and have just today tried the jerk Sunday lunch which went down a storm with our boys and us. Wonderfully presented, generous portions. Highly recommended

Amazing food that exeeds all expectations. Sonia and Shannon were teamed up yesterday (Friday) cooking up a storm in the kitchen. Thier experience span from corporate to catering for large numbers. So expect high quality in suburbia that would be a pretty fortune in town! I really can apreapprec they book in a variety of people at the location. Some may be shocked to hear we actually had lovely flowing conversations (no phones about apart from photos) As we are loosing the art of conversation now days so it's nice to speak to fellow diners. The attention to detail is very precise and consistent. No two menus are the same as it is exclusive to every month. The atmosphere is very ambient and calming. We spent hours there, not ready to go until late but welcomed anyway. I would definitely be back and would tell anyone travelling or staying local to, it is such a gem of a find. The blue room does get booked up so I recommend booking in advance. (That's how good it is!) If you are still unsure check the social media side of things the dishes are divine 😊

Excellent good quality ingredients cooked to perfection, easily on par with anything up town. But the added benefit of a very small cosy atmosphere. A lovely evening.....we'll be back!

Intimate and cosy space, amazing food. Mushroom parfait starter and panna cotta dessert both delicious, as were the home made truffles. Thank you for the truly personal touch, a real treat.
