We went there for lunch. They probably have the best Club Sandwich in town - I could eat 10 plates!! It's so light and delicious. The pasta was also lovely and cooked to perfection.
The service was friendly, wonderful tasting desserts, pots of tea were replaced from time to time and the scones were delicious!
The atmosphere is very relaxing and chairs so comfy I could have slept in them! The service is great - the staff are attentive without being overbearing.
Perfect place to stop for lunch while shopping.

After watching Cinderella at the cinema the previous week, I was still very much in fairytale princess mode, so I was pretty excited when I saw that the Chinoiserie at Jumeirah Carlton Tower was doing a Cinderella themed afternoon tea, specially created by Executive Head Pastry Chef Stephan Will.
There was some soothing music being played by the resident harpist - I do love places that have live classical music.
Our afternoon tea was served as depicted on their website - it looked so pretty that we spent the first few minutes snapping away with our cameras.
The top tier had the savoury sandwiches - I liked the roast Scottish beef, watercress and creamed horseradish sandwich, but was not quite a fan of the quail egg tart which was a bit dry.
The second tier had a pretty array of sweet desserts shaped into various miniature objects related to Cinderella - marshmallow carriages, yuzu tart clocks, white chocolate shoes, and white chocolate brownie and popping candy wands.
And the final tier was some buttery plain and fruit scones, served with jam and clotted cream on the side.
The afternoon tea was nicely presented, although the sweetness was maybe a bit too much for me towards the end. Unfortunately I am also not that big a fan of white chocolate, but if you are then you would probably enjoy this.
Service was overall very pleasant and efficient, and we had a lovely relaxing afternoon.

Lovely place lovely ambience. The biryani here is very nice and so delicious in addition to the selection of teas for afternoon tea and the stick toffee pudding is to die for .
The club room on the 9th or 10th floor has a beautiful panoramic view, deep inviting sofas and friendly service, the mood is wonderfully relaxing for a quiet drinks out.
They have a lot of healthy options including smoothies, what I loved about then was they make use smoothie cocktails which ended up being fantastic.
The experience was amazing, I tried the classic hot chocolate for 2 and cheesecake, we did not to expect it to be this good. Our server Marley was very professional and generous , which made our date night extra special. I would highly recommend and would come back again.
The « décalé » tea-time experience was amazing. We were the only ones during this day of the week so the service was very attentive. All low-sugar bites were delicious.
This was an afternoon tea like no other. The tasting menu format has been applied and to very good effect. Course after course of delightful treats - every bite was delicious. Combined with the beautiful surroundings, the excellent service, and the fantastic selection of excellent teas (with knowledgeable guidance towards choosing teas to match our tastes), this is an afternoon tea I look forward to enjoying again.

An amazing afternoon tea experience with constantly attentive staff, an impressive range of unique tea blends and the best savoury selection of any afternoon tea in London. The array of differently flavoured bite-size scones is visually striking and caters to everyone's tastes.
I researched afternoon tea for hours and booked an afternoon at your establishment for my inlaws and my wife flying in from Florida in the United States. I was hoping for an excellent once in a lifetime experience and that is exactly what we got. From our greeting from the hostess to our service from waiter to varied drink selection and wonderful food this was a 5 star experience all the way around. Thank you so much!
Overall the experience was amazing the staff are so friendly and helpful! Made a very special night more special.

Fantastic meal at this venue. The all day dining menu expands across a wide range of different cuisines to meet everyone’s preferences. The setting is so beautiful since the hotel renovation. The fresh, warm bread really set the tone for a lovely experience. Every item I tried was full of flavour, and presented beautifully. The service was efficient too. Look forward to returning.
Impressive! We truly enjoyed our experience. Tea selection was from Mariage Freres. If you don’t drink tea, there are herbal ones to choose from and even coffee! The sandwiches were amazing. They were moist and filled just enough. You can tell they were freshly prepared! The scones were also unforgettable, served warm straight out from the oven with clotted cream sprinkled with cinnamon powder and the super decadent Marco Polo Jelly jam. The cakes were the right sized and presented in an attractive cage-tower. Lovely! Special mention to Anwar who was a great host, making sure we had enough to eat and drink. Overall I highly recommend The Chinoiserie’s afternoon tea!

Amazing experience!! The afternoon tea is sublime: special types of tea and incredibly tasty desserts (they are created by a michelin-star chef who doesn’t use sugar at all!!) . The salad part of the menu is just as good as the rest.
75£/pp for the entiee experience (tea, salads, desserts) is absolutely a fair deal considered the top quality!!

The new Kew-inspired afternoon tea at the Chinoiserie, 'Tribute to Nature'' by Jessica Préalpato is simply phenomenal. We were gifted the experience as a birthday present and had such a wonderful time. The menu is just incredible, every dish was so delicate and beautifully presented. They clearly use top quality (and seasonal) ingredients, and we were quite amazed at the clever associations of flavours. The staff attention to detail was second to none, which added a lot to the overall experience - they spent time telling us about the chef's inspiration for the menu, and genuinely could not have been any nicer. A million miles above your usual afternoon tea experience - thanks again for looking after us with such care and attention!

We were looked after by Afnan and Nicola Franzan and they were so helpful and made the experience amazing. The low sugar afternoon tea is delicious. The savouries are a must (my friend adored the smoked salmon and I loved the beef with the red cabbage mix), the flavoured scones with their accompanying creams/sauces were really inventive and the peanut and chocolate tart is a dream. The Mariage Freres teas are so refreshing and you can really taste the flavour. Loved the sorbet palate cleanser.
Had afternoon tea with my Mum. We had a lovely time. The staff were fantastic, all super attentive, helpful and polite. Sandwiches were delicious, cakes were not to my taste but beautiful to see. Great selection of teas.
