One more train station, one more branch of Beany Green. I seem to find them near all the places I leave for work meetings from, and the simple idea of having breakfast there beforehand is enough to get me excited at the thought of another day on the road.
The ambiance at this Euston branch isn't quite as impressive as in the other cafes: despite Beany Green's signature colourful murals and furniture, this small, drab space feels a bit like a room for rent, a temporary arrangement. I can only hope it's just an impression of mine, as the quality of the food and drinks on offer is as outstanding as everywhere else, and the service is no less friendly or attentive. I might be biased, given the frequency of my trips from Euston, but I wouldn't want Beany Green to go anywhere else (unless they decide to open up shop right opposite my office, in which case it's fine, I'll take it, thanks very much).
My breakfast recommendations are the usual: get the yoghurt with granola and fruits, which has no equals I know of in London, and keep an eye out for brownies and coconut bread if you're in for a more substantial treat. Now, I know brownies are not breakfast material in this country, but you'd be a fool not to make an exception in this case. What's the alternative - undertopped porridge bought from a station kiosk? Come on, you love yourself more than that.
Before the pandemic I used to come by and then during the pandemic I came a few times but it was still locked up.
Today I tried again and I was in luck.
The brunch café type place is just a perfect gem in a very stiff competitive environment.
First of all they are so welcoming and the decor is so beautifully done that feels amazing to sit and enjoy a bit of rest with coffee or lunch.
The place is spotlessly clean. The seats are very comfortable.
Now the food is delicious. Much more than artwork presentation it is tasty and healthy.
I would highly recommend you pop by and pay Beany a visit.
Just a really solid oat flat white. Friendly staff. Best coffee in the area.
Two reasons you want to come here as opposed to the other coffee shops in Regents Place area:
1. The coffee is better (subjective, but true)
2. The staff is always friendly (Grace in particular is always there, smiling)
I've been going to Beeny for years and their flat whites were always the best. Not as good as they used to be but still good.
The cafe is comfortable and has an interesting vibrant interior.
Great place of for a casual meeting or to get some work done.
Best coffee in the area!! Lovely baristas and a very cool interior. 10/10 would recommend ⭐️
Best place around for everything from a from a small coffee and a quick bite to a full meal, brunch, or a night of drinks. You get your money's worth in quality and flavour, and with the loyalty cards it's actually reasonably priced. Lovable staff and great service.
Good coffee. Best option in the square. Cute little space.
Wraps are excellent and I am not a wrapper. Quality salad, friendly staff. Just a little less noisy than their brethren on the Square. Great Earl Grey and Coffee too.
Best flat whites ever, incredible selection of super tasty green & golden power foods. No Starbucks or pret a manger feel, rather boutique style and personal
Touch.
This Beany Green location is tiny and they always run out of food. I've been a few times and am always disappointed with the lack of food and the skimpy portions. But, in general, I love Beany Green and think they offer decently healthy options that taste good.
Love it here! Such a friendly team - who make every morning much brighter. The staff really do make all the difference. Coffee is the best too! x
Excellent coffee. I used to visit this place when it was a pop-up in Euston Station and it's one of the best places for flat whites in London.
Great coffee and super friendly staff! Their salads are pretty delish too.
The standard by which all coffee shops should be judged against. Worth walking or diverting your route to go via a Beany Greens. Excellent coffee
