Good food, nice atmosphere, friendly staff. The only drawback: the toilet door is hard to unlock. 5-star!

Tasty and authentic! That is how restaurants should be!
Fantastic authentic Chinese food. The hotpot dishes are great and also the Sichuan region food is spicy, authentic and tasty. Recommend the Tónghāo & chicken & prawn soup, lotus root with spicy sliced potatoes, spicy beef and the mixed salad!
The staff is nice, warm and attentive. The prices are reasonable for London area and high quality food. Clientele is mainly Chinese, which is always a great sign of good authentic food.
Only downside is it’s cash only and wine is only served by the full bottle.
Han restaurant serves more authentic Chinese dishes that’s why they have more chinese customers.
Overall the food is good and portions are big so you get good value for money.
Haven’t tried the hot pot but looks good too with a small topping counter for extra seasonings.
Only downside is that their card machine seems not to work so cash only. Luckily there is a local Sainsburys 2 minutes away.
Delicious Chinese food served in more traditional sauces and styles. I would say as close as you will get to the food served in China and the place had a high number of Chinese clientele which was a great sign of authenticity. Highly recommend, The spicy beef stir fry with special fried rice wasn't the most adventurous choice but very good!
Han Restaurant, overall, was alright. It’s probably the best restaurant for Coconut Chicken hotpot, so that’s what I had and I have to agree it’s really good. The soup base is from 5 whole coconuts, which is impressive seeing as it’s hard to get here in the UK.
We also had the Crab Meat Hotpot with crab claws and chicken meat, which I also really liked because I’m a seafood lover. I would recommend both dishes if eating with a large group, but we couldn’t finish both of them! The portions were generous, and you can always order more meat to cook with the coconut soup.
The clear noodles in sesame oil was just alright, I liked the sesame and cucumber combination. But it felt too heavy, even though it was an affordable addition to the meal.
To start, we had the spring onion pancake and the sweet and sour pork, both were just alright while waiting for the hotpot to cook.
I liked the brown sugar cake for dessert.
I do recommend a visit to Han restaurant for the coconut chicken hotpot, but I live in the east so I’m not sure how easy it is to justify traveling so far away for hotpot! It’s not too expensive and can get quite full on the evenings.
🆕Comfort Sichuan Food - WEST London
I got to pay a visit to Hans restaurant in West London.
What we had and thoughts.
🐟Sweet sour seabass - this was nice however found too much batter, which over powered the seabass, but it was meaty and fresh. £24.90
🍲Braised beef pot - nice with abit of spice, beef was super soft and really tasty. This would go well with boiled rice alone. £16.80
🐖Braised pork belly - this was really good, the pork was super soft and fatty that melts in your mouth, plenty of flavour £11.90
🫓Pumpkin cake - this was pretty decent, it's sticky, squiggy, sweet and tasty-£7.80
🍲Steamed rice in clay pot - this was OK however lacked the crispy bottom considering it's clay pot rice dish £13.80
🍜Cold Noodles with soya bean sauce - this was my least favourite as it didn't have any flavour £8.20
Overall the food was pretty decent, the restaurant decor has an authentic feel with a few tables. Staff was friendly.
They have hotpot option, aswell as crab pot which I wouldn't mind coming back to try these dishes.
If you are near the area and looking for sichuan restaurant then why not check Hans restaurant out.

Spacious and lots of different cuisines to choose from. Relatively northern Chinese style so expect lots of spicy options. Tried a few dishes with friends and the portions are quite big for around £10 (service charge not included) Most food are quite yummy, some are a bit too salty though
I was wandering after 12 hours of travel. Decided to give it a try .. and am happy I did. Everyone else was Asian so I knew it would be good. Ordered off menu and my taste buds were having a party. Not expensive. Server could be a bit more charming but food was the point wasn't it.
I tried the mushroom soup hot pot! It's fresh. It's delicious. All the vegetables and meat are fresh.
The traditional Chinese food is also very authentic. I recommend you to try it
Omg! The BEST Hotpot I’ve ever had in London! The soup is completely made of coconut juice from 5 entire coconuts! Once you put the chicken into the soup, the fresh taste of the chicken will mix perfectly with the gentle sweet and fresh taste of the coconut soup, which is super appealing once you smell it. Feel free to add some sides into the hotpot, I will recommend shrimp and vegetables, which can absorb the delicious soup.
Apart from the hotpot, the traditional Chinese dishes are also authentic. The spicy boiled fish is super tender and appetizing, at the same time it’s not too spicy to steal the thunder of the fresh taste of the fish. The sliced beef and ox tongue in chili sauce is soooooo tasty and with great amount!
Really tasty authentic Chinese dishes ! Must try!
