Lovely kind people allowed my wife to use their toilet even though we weren't buying anything at that point. Much nicer than Hard Rock Cafe who turned us away. Cakes look very nice!

I've always liked Caffè Concerto for their cakes especially and they've become a bit of a tradition for my partner and I as we come every week if we can for tea and sometimes cake too.
We finally came for a sit down meal this last Valentine's Day and the food is really delicious too! I have to say we both feel that the staff in this branch in particular are super friendly and accommodating! Thank you to Caique, Daria and Camilla for always being warm, kind and welcoming! They give a lot of attention to detail and care for their customers!
I'd definitely recommend you give this particular branch a visit if you're ever considering giving Caffè Concerto a try!
I got a masala chai and honey cake. My friend got a latte and blueberry muffin. It was later in the afternoon so they were sold out if some of the pastries we wanted to try, but the honey cake was really good and my friend enjoyed her muffin. The staff are pretty busy so sometimes hard to get their attention but once you do they’re lovely. The man who greeted us at the door was awesome, very busy but friendly and also taking photos of the food and space for some reason.
I like the style of this place. It’s a bit fancy but in a good way. It had a unique enough feel that I thought this was a stand alone shop but found out later it’s part of a chain.
All in all it was good and I would come here again!

This was our second visit to Caffè Concerto, and it wasn't quite as nice as the first. It's a traditionally decorated café that reminds me of some of the cafés in Rome. It can be busy due to it's location. The staff are not the happiest bunch, but they're not awful - courteous but not friendly. The food is pretty great, with a lot of choice and high quality. Although one issue can be that they run out of certain items on the menu, so when choosing items, have a few in mind. I'd still go back though, just to feel like I'm back in Rome again.
So good we went twice in one day. Went to theatre and found this gold mine near by. Staff were so polite and helpful especially lady who served us A Ajher? Food was delicious

Having a bit of a lazy Sunday I decided to order breakfast via Ubereats. Everytime I'm in London I see Caffè Concerto outlets everywhere. They look nice from the outside but I never had to the time to give it a try. I chose the Full English Breakfast and Eggs Benedict with Bacon. Eventhought the distance between the restaurant and my hotel was about 4 minutes away the Hollandaise sauce turned into a soup. The bacon and sausage were a bit too charred at the edges (all black and bitter) so I had to break/cut off quite a bit. But everything was well packed and it was nice there were enough napkins and cutlery provided. I hope to try the cakes and coffee sometime soon.
The service is amazing. They were closing and even that way served me a hot drink and let me use their ladies without any rush, which is not normal as most staff always want to close to leave. They have plan based milk too which is very important if you're vegan. Thanks Sadik and Mahir for such nice treatment. Going back here whenever I can!
Our server, Sahil, was absolutely amazing! We had the best experience this morning at Caffe Concerto. We loved the beautiful coffee cups and so they gifted me one, which was very generous. We will be back and recommend coming here!
The service was especially excellent. Gayathri was smiling and gave service wholeheartedly. The dish and the coffee were excellent. We will definitely come back here and tell our friends.

Amazing staff. Very organized. Walked in late on Christmas day. Very friendly and clear. Waited a few minute, helped perfectly. Good tasty food, good portions and very very lovely deserts. The entire place is an oiled machine. Kudos to the manager and staff. Highly recommend it.
We visited with an experience voucher I had and got a lovely afternoon tea. The cakes were delicious. The staff were attentive and friendly. I only marked it down one star as the hot drink included was small so could have done with another being included or offered water.
