The service is amazing. They were closing and even that way served me a hot drink and let me use their ladies without any rush, which is not normal as most staff always want to close to leave. Our server, Sahil, was absolutely amazing! We had the best experience this morning at Caffe Concerto. We loved the beautiful coffee cups and so they gifted me one, which was very generous. We will be back and recommend coming here!

Amazing staff. Very organized. Walked in late on Christmas day. Very friendly and clear. Waited a few minute, helped perfectly. Good tasty food, good portions and very very lovely deserts. The entire place is an oiled machine. Kudos to the manager and staff. Highly recommend it.
We visited with an experience voucher I had and got a lovely afternoon tea. The cakes were delicious. The staff were attentive and friendly. I only marked it down one star as the hot drink included was small so could have done with another being included or offered water.
