I really like this place for drinks and to warm for a long night. It’s perfectly located and the service is excellent. The music is nice too as well as the decor
Jewel bar is one of my favourite places to go on a Friday evening directly from work. Oooo happy hour from 6 to 8pm in which I get to enjoy my favourite beautiful looking mixed Berry mojito (even though it's no longer on menu, bar tenders know it well ). I simply LOVE this drink with all the berries and ofcourse alcohol (healthy cocktail with fruits ;) ) . This time I tried Thai garden mojito too. It was strong and it gave a kick which I liked after my mixed Berry mojito. Staff at the bar is really friendly and the music is amazing which one can sing and dance along. Well..it's my all time favourite place. One can take their date there too as after some time the lights get dimmer and yes..u can get a feel ( although I haven't taken my date there yet) well on the list . Thank you Jewel.
This is a great spot to have drinks and the food isnt bad either. They used to have a really good asian sharing platter which I cant find on the menu anymore...
I’ve been to Jewel bar a few times now, normally for happy hour and it always has a great atmosphere. It is perfect for after work drinks if you are looking to relax and have some fun.
The cocktail are amazing and if you are lucky to nab a table they provide table service which can be handy as it saves you time queuing at the bar. If not though there is a bar at the front as you come in or one at the back (but sometimes this can be closed for private functions). I would definitely recommend trying Pornstar Martini if you like fruity cocktails as they are delicious. If your after something a bit stronger they do have a substantial cocktail menu as well as the usual beer, wine and spirits. If you get a bit peckish they also do a bar food menu, the chicken skewers and tempura prawns are both very tasty.
Inside the decor is amazing with dim lighting, candles, chandeliers, elaborate mirrors and painting on the wall. I would definitely recommend trying out Jewel Bar if you are ever in the area after work as it has a great vibe.
Jewel bar is well located in midst of London in Soho.
The interior is very vintage and delicate with chandeliers all over the bar and around the restaurant. They have huge lights all over the restaurant which looks very pretty and candles on every table to enhance the beauty and comfort of the place.
I felt the lighting was too dim in certain areas, so dim that you cannot even see the nuts that you are eating. Personally I like it that ay as I find it very romantic, but for those who are in a group and busy n conversation will not be able to look at each otter and speak.
They serve a variety of cocktails and fancy mixers which you can try from.
Good place for a drink date or a late relaxing night out.

+3.5
I celebrated part of my birthday weekend with some dancing and cocktails at Jewel.
Ambiance: 4.5
A fantastically fun ambiance for a girly birthday celebration with friends. Jewel is aptly named as the entire venue feels as though you've stepped into someone's turn-of-the-century (the previous one) jewel box. Glistening chandeliers hang from the ceiling, billowy scarves are strung from wall to wall, giant tapers burn, providing a decadent and rich lighting (though my now old, boring self kept thinking: Oh God, I hope no one catches fire!)
Service: 3.0
The service was pretty decent, but nothing outstanding. They were quite prompt and friendly enough. As we were only ordering from the bar, it's hard to say anymore. I will have to try going back for a sit down occasion.
Drinks: 3.5
Now, this bar offers a very lengthy variety of different cocktails, but I really only opted for a couple of pimm's (it had already been a pretty lavish birthday weekend at this point, and the menu was pretty expensive). The pimm's were pretty generic, not even any fruit in mine, but I guess that's what I get for ordering the cheapest thing on the menu! I will be back to try out their proper cocktail variety some time.
Final Verdict: 3.5, with the highest portion of the rating coming from the ambiance itself. Definitely a fun place to celebrate a special occasion with friends if you're in the mood to feel sparkly!
The music is great and the different rooms with alternating ambiences is just a fab idea. Loved the drinks too.
Piccadilly's hidden gem, the Jewel was effortlessly fantastic. With sparkling ceilings and contrasting interior, friendly and knowledgeable bar staff (David) were on hand to produce amazing cocktails that were to taste and preference.
Nice venue for after work drink. They have happy hour until 8pm which makes a good bottle of red more affordable😉 great location just next to P.Circus station.
Nice elegant bar, with awesome happy hours and friendly people. They have dance socials upstairs
Decent Happy hour. 2 for 1 on Peroni bottles and selected cocktails (had Lynchburg Lemonade). Enjoyed. Recommend.
Love this place. Great central location. Drinks are normal priced during peak hours, but discounted during happy hour timings. The toilets were surprisingly clean and staff are happy and professional. Some real creepy punters which you only really get in central London venues due to the volume of people. The DJ's who played the night I went were AMAZING.
So grateful to Jewel Bar, it saved what could have been a rubbish night out.
Arranged a girls night out, at another bar, which turned out awful, due to rude bar staff and rubbish music. Went to Jewel Bar and managed to get a table. Music was good as the night drew to a close but nothing to blow your mind or get you on the dance floor before hand.
The DJ is rude (a wman) didn't play any music requested and was uncomfortable when approached.
I do feel the bar was quiet and that was a Saturday evening. Perhaps it needs a little shake up to start drawing people in again. The £50 deposit for a table is a little steep but worth it.
Drinks are good with a fair selection of cocktails.
My visit to Jewel Bar was very positive. I used the app Drinki to get a free drink upon entering, and 50% off drinks thereafter. Staff were friendly and made drinks quickly.
The venue did, however, smell slightly off-putting upon entering, which was unfortunate. One of the bathrooms was also out of order, and it was not obvious where the other one was.
Lovely decor and good cocktails; it has a DJ, so you can have a dance earlier in the evening. Also, the happy hour lasts until 8pm. They offer reasonable deals for celebrations.
Great bar has three seperate bars all with its own little area. Lively atmosphere and usually attracts crowds around 23-27 younger people are there but not plenty. Bartenders are incredibly freindly and quirky. Great night!
It's a standard pub but in a lucrative location, so it's desperately trying to become a club, they pump up the music, ppl get booked up and the space serves as a dance floor, I must say the space is generous and airy. But nothing special in any way, it has a second floor that can be rented for a private event or so, not sure how many floors up does it go...
Great atmosphere and great place to get together for cocktails party. They have wonderful selection of cocktails too. Very busy!! so better get in before the happy hour start. Good luck!! 😉
