Lovely little Italian cafe hidden on Blackstock Road, opens up into a little garden area, wonderful to enjoy a yummy lunch.
Staff have been attentive and friendly, good chat with staff and some locals.

Lara's a true little hidden gem on Blackstock road. Their pizzas are outstanding. Make sure you try their garlic pizza bread. Vegan friendly. On the pic, vegerariana + extra rocket.

A real find. Friendly airy cafe restaurant with garden. The good part is the quality of the food. Simple Italian classics (mainly pasta) but cooked with skill and imagination. You can taste all the flavours. Great cakes, ice cream and juices. Avocado and lime sorbets were exceptional. Beers and win

Anyone who loves Italian cuisine like me will love Lara's. Ideal for authentic straightforward Italian food , it was especially delightful to enjoy lunch in the courtyard style garden too. Very good value, why have chain fast food when there is a gem like this ?
We are huge fans of Lara and her cafe. It is a welcoming place, and the food is superb. Today we had the children's pasta bolognaise, gnocchi in a cheese sauce, a beautiful broccoli and cashew quiche and a focaccia. All were excellent and not a scrap was left on our plates.
