Maize Blaize catered our wedding and it was awesome! So many of our guests are still raving about the food - it was so delicious, and there was just so much food! Ruth at Maize Blaize was such a pleasure to work with - she made the whole process easy and I felt so relaxed on the day, knowing that she was cooking. The vegan dish was out of this world!!!!! Everything was cooked perfectly and with so much flavor! The beans were delicious!

We went to a Maize Blaze pop up and the food and cocktails were excellent! Very good value and flavour for your money. We will be back to try some more :)

Pleasantly surprised at how wonderful this place was.
I ordered a large Marching Box (with sweet chilli sauce) which I shared, every bit of it tasted amazing! The shredded chicken was lush, chorizo superb & everything else just complemented each other very well.
We couldn't finish the portion between the two of us, that's how well it was packed.
Would definitely recommend for those planning to visit the street food stalls in Camden Market 🔥💯
Absolutely amazing! As a vegetarian I had one of the best meals I've had so far in Camden! The only mistake was ordering a regular and not a large! 10/10 Would recommend!
First time having Columbian food, and it was so delicious! Loved every single part of it! And it was vegan. You should try it in Camden.
