This is a fantastic pub located in the heart of Hampstead Village.
Having visited many times over the years I have always been happy with the service and quality. Great drinks on offer from pints to cocktails and wine. The food I have seen looks superb too and often heart compliments.

didn’t expect the pub food would be this good! it was on Saturday so the place was quite packed with people, all ages including family with kids. nice vibe for a village pub. the two dishes were both good and the white wine on the first line was also okay.
OMG this place has such good food and drinks. My kid wanted to go to London for his fall-break, and he said the fish and chips was amazing. Sticky Pudding, so yummy! As soon as I entered, all staff were friendly and welcoming. The food was elite, the atmosphere superb and the team really attentive throughout. We had an excellent lunch experience, highly recommend.

Went there with friends for Saturday lunch after nice walk at Hampstead Heath. Good main dishes (hamburger, fish and chips, slow cooked dug raggu, cod fish...)
Sunday Roast — generous portions that could feed two. I got the beef with the horseradish— everything cooked to perfection. I was amazed with how crispy the potatoes were. Nicely done!
